"P-Pii?" Evie's jaw dropped.
For a moment, she honestly thought she was seeing things.
How could that small, cute, harmless-looking pet turn into something so massive? So terrifying? The gentle creature that used to hide behind Ren's shoulder was now towering over the battlefield, its presence alone bending the air around it.
Pii turned its head slightly toward Evie and let out a low, rumbling purr, almost as if reassuring her. Then, without warning, it lashed its tail and lunged toward Ren's position.
"Pii, no!" Ren shouted.
But it was already too late.
Pii's massive tail slammed straight into Sebastian's torso. The impact was deafening. The Centaur was sent flying several meters away, crashing through stone and dirt before finally skidding to a stop.
Sebastian's HP bar plunged—straight to half.
"Sebastian!" Evie screamed.
