Chapter 635 - Chapter 610

**Chapter 610**

**Scene 1**

**Jedi Temple – Council Chamber Approach**

**Anakin Skywalker POV**

Anakin Skywalker walked quickly down the wide, sunlit corridor leading toward the Jedi High Council Chamber, his boots echoing sharply against the polished stone floor. Beside him, his Padawan Etain Tur-Mukan kept pace, her oversized blaster rifle slung casually over her shoulder as always. They had been summoned with unusual urgency, along with several other Jedi — Zhou Wren, Nhon Artaru, Cin Drallig, and more.

"Why would the Council request us, and why is Master Yoda in the Temple hangar while the rest of the Masters are heading to the Mern 13 headquarters?" Erictia asked, her voice laced with curiosity and a hint of worry.

"I don't know," Anakin replied, "but it must be an important mission."

Zhou Wren, Shin's older brother at thirty years old and Warden of the Prism, walked with calm authority. "Whatever it is, we should be ready."

The group approached the Council Chamber doors. The air felt thick with tension, as if the Force itself was holding its breath. Anakin's hand instinctively hovered near his lightsaber.

"Enter quickly and shut the door," Dagon's voice called from inside, sounding unusually panicked and strained.

The group filed in. The chamber was strangely empty apart from Obi-Wan seated in one of the chairs, looking panicked and deeply confused. Several lightsabers lay neatly arranged on the central table like a solemn offering.

"Okay, so bad news, good news, or terrible news first?" Dagon asked with an awkward, almost sheepish smile.

"Easy, kid. You're panicking like a bantha. What happened?" Nhon asked, crossing his arms with a raised eyebrow.

"Uhm… good news?" Anakin suggested, hoping to relieve some of the heavy tension hanging in the room.

"Oh, well… congratulations, Anakin. You are now a Jedi Master. Take a seat," Dagon announced. "Nhon, you are also a Master. Shin, Aayla, Cin, and Zhou, Flare, Stella, Kayla — take a seat."

"What!" Everyone shouted almost in unison, their voices overlapping in a wave of shock.

Dagon quickly explained what had just happened — the revelations about Yoda's ancient origins through the holograms, the Mandalorian situation, and how the remaining Masters had voted and then left their lightsabers behind. The room erupted into a storm of shocked questions and exclamations.

Anakin tried to process his thoughts, his mind spinning like a malfunctioning astromech. *Master? Me? Now?* Pride clashed with confusion, fear, and a strange sense of reluctant relief. He had dreamed of this moment for years, but not like this — not in the middle of chaos, with the Order seemingly fracturing around him.

The girls were panicking through the Force bond, their thoughts a chaotic storm of disbelief and excitement.

"Also… I am Grand Master of the Order now," Dagon said quietly.

"What!"

**Scene 2**

**Jedi High Council Chamber**

**Anakin Skywalker POV**

Anakin sat in stunned silence, his thoughts swirling like a sandstorm on Tatooine. *Grand Master? Dagon? The Council just… handed it over?* He felt a strange mix of emotions — shocked, relieved that someone competent was in charge during this madness, but also deeply unsettled. The weight of the entire Jedi Order now rested on Dagon's shoulders, and by extension, on the shoulders of those closest to him. It felt surreal. Dangerous. Necessary.

Obi-Wan looked like he had aged ten years in ten minutes, his face pale and drawn as he stared at the pile of lightsabers on the table. His usual calm composure had cracked, replaced by quiet disbelief.

"Anakin," Obi-Wan said finally, his voice hoarse. "Dagon wants to ask you a question regarding your Padawan."

"Yes, Master Dagon. What is it?" Anakin asked, trying to keep his voice steady despite the whirlwind inside his chest.

"Your Padawan — how far in her training has she reached? Has she undergone any trials so far?" Dagon asked calmly, his multicolored armor catching the light from the chamber's windows.

"If by ready for Knight, I would say no. She is not ready. I still need to train her," Anakin replied. It was the truth. He wasn't sure he was ready for the responsibility of the Master seat himself, but he was certain his Padawan was still very much a Padawan.

"Excellent," Dagon said. "Ahsoka Tano, Zule Xiss, and Erictia Lin — please kneel."

Dagon activated his blue lightsaber. The familiar hum filled the chamber with a soft, steady resonance that seemed to cut through the tension like a blade through silk.

"We are all Jedi. The Force speaks through us. Through our actions, the Force proclaims itself and what is real. Today we are here to acknowledge what the Force has proclaimed."

He raised the lightsaber with solemn purpose.

"By the right of the Council, by the will of the Force, I dub thee Jedi, Knight of the Republic."

One by one, Dagon cut the Padawan braids from Ahsoka, Zule, and Erictia. The three young women rose as full Jedi Knights, their faces a mixture of shock, pride, overwhelming emotion, and quiet joy.

The chamber was silent for a long moment as the weight of the promotions settled over everyone present. Anakin felt a strange pang in his chest — pride for Ahsoka, but also a sense of loss. His Padawan was now a Knight. Everything was changing so fast.
