A Rank F spell capable of blowing a Mutant Gorilla's head off? That's absurd!
"Then he showed just two more spells—less potent, but still very powerful… Damn, this is complicated." Jake shook his head.
He couldn't predict this Rising Star.
"Lucius should be able to make it into the Top 8 of the Tournament. Even though no one is showing their full potential right now, I think he can do it," he concluded.
Joao frowned.
An E-Rank in the Top 8 of the New Asturias Academy Qualifying Tournament… it used to be hard to imagine that something like that was possible, but now it was within reach.
"What if he faces off against Darius? That guy probably has 15 Mana Marks. He got 3 marks in one go."
At this point, Jake really couldn't say anything. He shook his head.
Fifteen Mana Marks were too many. Besides, given Darius's current situation, it's possible he has a Rank B Mark. If he did, the gap between him and Lucius would be so wide that it would only take a minute to beat him.
