Buried alive under a trillion in Joss Paper, Shaun nearly suffocated. He lay completely immobilized on the hospital bed. After finally managing to brush the Joss Paper off his face, he accidentally pulled at his wounds.

The pain in his chest flared up, and he couldn't hold back as he spat out a mouthful of blood with a SPLUTTER.
Mrs. Adler's face turned a ghastly shade of pale. She let out a scream and tried to rush forward to help her son, but was pinned down tightly by the bodyguards Ryan Crawford had brought.
Outside the door, sensing things were going wrong, Vincent Thorne and Xavier Kendrick tried to force their way into the ward, but they were also subdued by the bodyguards. They couldn't even make a phone call for backup.
