He just held her knowing full well she would tell him. She was not the type to hold plans in secret when their existence was exposed.
Though, he would have liked it if she did not have any plan. He could just reject everything then. And she would not do anything if he did not agree or if he showed any problems in the plan.
But most of the time, her plans were flawless.
So he decided to listen to her. But he would object at even the tiniest risk factor. He could become the next Shigaraki too.
And it would be better for him to be in that position than any other villain.
But the main problem was not the infinite quirk arsenal of All for One.
It was his ability to take the quirks of others. And the ability to forcefully trigger the quirk of anyone.
She was a splendid spy. He knew that. He taught her that. But, the opponent was All for one. And, if he possessed a quirk like truth detection similar to Tsukauchi, no amount of espionage would be useful.

" So I told Allmight and Midoriya about that after getting a chance to overhear them and then Allmight took it to that white rat and recovery girl and that grumpy man.
So basically everyone talked about it and recovery girl said she'll personally tutor me and we will do operation on Allmight and give him the new organs.
Considering his quirk literally being the transfer of DNA, it's very very likely to not act up when I I keep organs with my DNA in him.
So, he will come back to full health with some time. But his body will take some time getting used to the new organs and he should not transform into his muscle form during that time because my DNA is not his DNA and the new organs will not transform to fit his buffness and then that will cause major ruptures in his body resulting in heavy internal bleeding even for a single second transformation.
So, if we postpone all the major events until he is actually fully adjusted to the new body and his new organs get his quirk factors as Recovery girl put it, then everything would be all rainbows and sunshine!
We will have two One for All users in full health and they can totally bully All for One and just kill him.
And for that, I should become the Villains head and keep sabotaging the development of All for One's health and whoever doctor was helping him heal.
And even mess with the Nomu creation. And for getting their trust, I can get rid of the ones in HPSC but you know what I mean right? The corrupted ones above the law who are making everyone's lives miserable.
