Chapter 1: The New Girl
In a quiet and peaceful town, there lived a boy named kazuki. He was known as a silent in his school. Kazuki didn't like talking too much with others and usually spent his time alone.
But kazuki had a secret that nobody knew about. Since childhood, he had a strange shadow power. Whenever darkness was around him. He could feel it. Sometimes shadows even moved when he used his power.
Kazuki never told anyone about it because he was afraid people would think he was strange.
One day, something new happened at school. A new girl joined the class. Her name was Emi. She had a warm smile and a kind personality. Unlike kazuki, Emi loved talking with people and quickly became friends with many classmates.
When Emi first saw kazuki sitting alone, she walked up to him and said happily,
"Hi! My name is Emi. Can we be friend?"
Kazuki was surprised because no one usually talked to him like that. After a moment of silence, he nobody slightly.
From that day, Emi often talked with kazuki, and slowly they became friends.
One night, something strange happened in the town. Dark shadow started appearing in the streets. Soon, they turned into terrifying shadow monsters that frightened everyone.
People started running away in fear.
Kazuki saw the chaos and realized something important.
" The darkness... I can feel it," he whispered.
He knew it was time to use the power he had been hiding for so long.
Kazuki stepped forward and used his shadow power to fight the monsters.
While he was fighting, someone suddenly called his name.
"Kazuki!"
It was Emi. She had followed him.
Before kazuki could say anything, something incredibly happened.
A bright light suddenly came out of Emi's hands and pushed the shadow monsters back.
Kazuki looked at her in shock.
"Emi.. you have a power too?"
Emi looked just as surprised as kazuki.
That night, both of them discovered that they were not ordinary people.
And their adventure had just begun.
