Office Pranks and Flirtations

The office buzzed with its usual Monday energy, but Kaito Yamazaki already felt the tension coil tight in his chest. His dark eyes were fixed on Ren Takahashi, who leaned casually against the printer, smirking at a stack of reports like he owned the place.

"You know," Ren called out softly, teasing, "if you keep staring like that, people might think you've completely lost it."

Kaito's jaw tightened. "And if you keep smirking like that, people might notice… I don't like sharing you," he murmured, stepping closer.

Ren's smirk widened. "Oh, I don't plan on sharing," he said, letting his hand brush lightly against Kaito's arm, subtle, electric, enough to make Kaito's chest tighten.

Their playful tension had become a game: subtle touches, teasing glances, and stolen moments where no one else noticed the heat simmering between them. But today, Ren had decided to raise the stakes.

As Kaito reached for a file on his desk, Ren leaned over and whispered in his ear, warm breath sending shivers down his spine, "I think someone's going to regret their paperwork today…"

Before Kaito could react, Ren lightly tugged at his tie, a mischievous spark in his eyes. Kaito spun, mock glare meeting Ren's teasing grin. "You're impossible," he muttered, tugging Ren toward him just enough for their lips to brush.

Ren laughed softly, letting his forehead rest against Kaito's. "And you love it," he whispered.

Just then, Mitsuo passed by, oblivious to the chemistry, giving Ren a casual pat on the shoulder. Kaito's hands clenched slightly, possessive heat burning through him. Ren caught Kaito's gaze, biting back a laugh.

"Relax," he whispered, brushing a finger down Kaito's chest. "I'm yours. Only yours."

The rest of the morning became a subtle battlefield of flirtation:

Ren "accidentally" dropping papers near Kaito's feet, forcing him to bend close

Soft brushes of hands when passing each other in tight hallways

Whispered teasing in the empty conference room while no one else was around

By lunchtime, Kaito finally caught Ren near the coffee machine. He pressed close, lips teasingly brushing Ren's jaw. "I swear, one more prank…" he muttered, voice low, almost a growl.

Ren tilted his head, eyes dark with mischief. "Then you'll have to stop me," he teased, letting their hands linger together.

And in that stolen moment, just the two of them among the hum of office life, Kaito and Ren realized that their slow-burn, playful passion wasn't just about heat, it was about connection, trust, and claiming each other in a world full of distractions
