The creatures of Tianshan were among the fiercest and most cunning of all demon species.
He would never underestimate them.
"Ice Coffin!"
Massive blocks of ice, each as heavy as a coffin, suddenly materialized.
Without any warning, the Ice Coffins came crashing down.
The ancient coniferous forest, which had taken countless years to grow, was instantly shattered row after row. Wood splinters filled the sky as the mountains trembled violently.
A pale ice-blue figure sensed the danger and immediately disappeared into the darkness, vanishing like a ghost among the trees.
"It ran?"
Fang Yu stood up and prepared to leave the forest.
The ground was covered with a thick layer of fallen pine needles, producing faint crunching sounds beneath his feet.
Just as he was about to step out of the forest, Fang Yu reacted swiftly, but the wolf's claws still nearly grazed his back.
"Annoying. Since you're so eager to die, I have no choice."
Fang Yu suddenly stopped.
He turned around abruptly.
His silver eyes erupted with overwhelming Telekinesis.
With a wave of his hand, he swept away the icy dust and flying wood chips. Tree trunks, massive chunks of ice, and enormous boulders were all seized by his powerful mental force and hurled in every direction.
A faint ice-blue shadow could be seen sprinting frantically.
Intercepted by the countless projectiles, it was forced to repeatedly change direction as it fled.
The Glacier Shadow Wolf's body was a translucent white-amber color, possessing a crystal-like texture. Yet instead of being smooth, it was covered in thick, elegant fur.
It had to be said that the Glacier Shadow Wolf was astonishingly fast.
It darted and maneuvered everywhere, and when running at full speed, it resembled a streak of icy blue light.
"Space Rhythm: Delay!"
Fang Yu cast another Space Element spell.
A massive silver diamond-shaped domain enveloped the area overhead.
Within this space, every object following a trajectory was subjected to the restraints of a spatial mire. Fang Yu's mastery of Delay had already reached an exceptional level.
The constantly moving figure immediately became sluggish, as though everything it did had been slowed into slow motion.
"Dodge then. Go on, keep dodging!"
Fang Yu snorted coldly.
A silver Star Constellation rapidly took shape.
In an extremely short time, Fang Yu completed his High-Tier Space Element spell.
"Blink!"
A beautiful silver constellation appeared beneath the Glacier Shadow Wolf's feet.

However, after emerging covered in frostbite, it immediately slammed into an invisible wall.
It instantly turned and fled in another direction, only to discover that Fang Yu had already laid an inescapable net. Space had been sealed off in every direction.
The Glacier Shadow Wolf had nowhere left to run.
"Space Rhythm: Fissure!"
The space around the Glacier Shadow Wolf's neck suddenly twisted unnaturally.
A spatial rift abruptly opened.
Its head rolled down the mountainside.
After crossing the coniferous forest, Fang Yu casually killed an Ice Bear as well. The beast had been poking its head around curiously and unfortunately wandered into his path.
Just as Fang Yu was preparing to rest inside the Ice Bear's cave.

From within the clouds, countless white ice crystals spread across the sky as a boundless snowstorm swept across thousands of kilometers.

After watching the divine bird disappear beyond the horizon, Fang Yu did not dwell on it and simply turned to leave.
A demon of that level was far beyond anything his current cultivation could contend with.
Along the way, Fang Yu encountered an Ice Python that had been lying in wait beside several Spirit Seed fragments. Fortunately, he had remained highly vigilant, allowing him to avoid being ambushed.
Fang Yu knew very well that fighting it would be difficult and not worth the effort. His goal was the Spirit Seed fragments. What was the point of wasting time fighting a demon beast?
He immediately summoned the Golden Ape to hold the Ice Python back. Using Blink, he flashed past it, collected every Spirit Seed fragment, then turned and ran.
The moment the Ice Python saw that the treasure it had been guarding had been stolen, its eyes instantly turned bloodshot. It smashed through the Golden Ape's blockade and charged straight toward Fang Yu in a frenzy.
However, its tail was seized by the Golden Ape's massive hand, yanking it backward. The ape swung it in a full arc before smashing it violently against the glacier, leaving the Ice Python completely dazed.
Still not satisfied, the Golden Ape spun it around in a full three hundred and sixty degrees before hurling it away. The Ice Python crashed into the glacier with such force that the ice split apart. It struggled to get back up, but the Golden Ape brought down its colossal thunder-infused palm, towering as though it could support the heavens, and ended the Ice Python's life with a single crushing strike.
Carefully scavenging for treasures along the journey, Fang Yu found himself oddly reluctant to leave as he neared the edge of the resource-rich alpine meadow zone.
The places that truly nurtured precious resources were always hidden deep within mountains, forests, rivers, and lakes. Demons would always discover them before humans. Fang Yu had not experienced such a rewarding harvest in a very long time.
Ordinarily, reaching this altitude would not have been easy for him. However, after the overwhelmingly powerful existence high above the heavens had intimidated the demons of Tianshan, many of the mountain's creatures had retreated into their nests. This allowed Fang Yu to avoid many dangerous areas and make his way here with relative ease.
