The assistant looked at Dixon with an expression that was becoming increasingly desperate.
"Sister Heather was specially assigned by Mr. Alexander to mentor you. If Mr. Alexander ever asks you about something, she is usually the one who can explain what happened and tell him what you have been up to…"
The more she spoke, the more frightened she became by the possibilities.
She swallowed hard before finally asking, "Is Mr. Alexander going to fire me because of this?"
The thought alone was enough to make her face pale.
Dixon stared at her for a moment before letting out a small shudder.
"No. My uncle isn't that kind of person."
The assistant's shoulders relaxed slightly.
But before she could feel completely relieved, Dixon continued in a much more serious tone.
"He just dumps me on my dad."
The assistant blinked.
Dixon's expression immediately darkened at the thought.
