Kanjuro's hand casually brushed over Yukinoshita Yukino's slightly trembling body.
Beside him, Takashiro Hiroko and Morimoto Reina were panting with exhaustion, yet their burning eyes still closely followed his every move.
Yukinoshita Yukino struggled in vain in the darkness; her vision was completely blocked, and she could see nothing and do nothing.
"The eldest miss of the Yukinoshita family—where is your aloofness now? Your current slutty appearance is quite the contrast..." Kanjuro laughed flippantly, his movements carrying an irresistible force.
This voice was like a demon's whisper, so similar to the voice in her nightmares, yet completely different from Kanjuro's usual voice.
At this moment, Yukinoshita Yukino realized in despair that there was an existence in this world even more detestable than Kanjuro.
More terrifyingly, her body shamefully began to adapt to this bullying.
"Who are you! My brother will never let you go! Our family has plenty of connections in the police force!"
"If the Japanese police were really that useful, why would you be here now, at my mercy?"
Kanjuro contemptuously slapped her across the face.
Yukinoshita Yukino felt her cheek burning with pain, and a trace of blood seeped from the corner of her mouth.
"How did I offend you... please, let me go, okay?"
"Offend? Of course you didn't."
Kanjuro sneered, "I do whatever I want. If you want to blame something, blame your pretty face. Am I right, my slaves?"
Morimoto Reina and Takashiro Hiroko immediately cooperated by lowering their voices, as if transforming into two heinous female accomplices. "This pampered young lady doesn't seem to realize who she's messed with yet."
"Just let her live in fear forever."
"But looking at her like this, she seems to be enjoying it quite a bit?"
"..." Yukinoshita Yukino felt an unprecedented sense of shame.
Why was her body having such a reaction against her will?
"What? If you were a truly chaste woman, you should be proving your resolve through death right now, Hahaha."
Kanjuro laughed out loud. "Or... are you reluctant to leave me?"
"No!!"
"Remember, you are nothing but a total plaything," Kanjuro said contemptuously. "You think you're high and mighty, but in your bones, you're just a low-class piece of trash. In my eyes, you're not even as good as a prostitute!"
Vicious words pelted down like hail; this was the most desperate moment of Yukinoshita Yukino's life.
However, just as she was prepared to endure more humiliation, everything suddenly came to a standstill.
Even the bullying actions stopped abruptly.
She actually felt a strange sense of emptiness.
"What? Can't bear to let go?"
Kanjuro whispered in her ear, his voice still carrying that demonic quality. "I'm sending you back now!"
"You... who on earth are you!!" Yukinoshita Yukino roared.
But there was no further response. She could only sob helplessly, while Takashiro Hiroko and Morimoto Reina showed not a hint of sympathy—love rivals should just die; why should they share their Lord Kanjuro?
Yukinoshita Yukino felt herself being picked up. Someone draped a coat over her, but the scent of humiliation still lingered on her body.
"Who are you?"
She sat in the car, listening to the sound of the engine starting, her breathing gradually stabilizing.
"I am a demon who does every kind of evil, the most wicked existence in the world. I'm causing you trouble purely because I don't like the police. And of course..."
Kanjuro curled his lips flippantly, "Because the way you look in a kimono is so slutty it's impossible to resist."
He vented all his dark sides to his heart's content, letting her witness the most vicious malice in this world.
This was the price of provoking him, but it was still far from enough.
A moment later, on a silent long street.
Yukinoshita Yukino was dumped by the side of the road in the middle of the night.
Her eyes were blindfolded with black cloth, her hands were bound, and she curled up in pain. Most terrifying were the footsteps that occasionally came from around her.
Her clothes were disheveled, and she was only draped in the black suit the culprit had worn, which still carried the perpetrator's scent.
Listening uneasily to the surroundings, she vaguely heard the footsteps of a group of people.
Several men dressed like thugs, with cigarettes in their mouths, exchanged glances.
"In the middle of the night, there's actually such a fine chick on the road! Is she drunk?" The men let out lewd jeers.
"She's really not bad looking."
"How about... we play together?" The thugs' foul language was incessant and unbearable.
"Please let me go, I am the eldest miss of the Yukinoshita family... as long as you let me go, I can give you as much money as you want!"
Yukinoshita Yukino pleaded in despair.
A thug suddenly ripped the black cloth from her eyes. In an instant, Yukinoshita Yukino saw the moonlit alley again—the surroundings were dark and foul-smelling, stray dogs wandered about, and the most frightening thing was the group of thugs in front of her.
She trembled; she had just escaped one hell only to fall into another demon's den.
At the same time.
On the road opposite the alley, Kanjuro lit a cigarette and watched the scene from a distance with indifference.
Morimoto Reina's subordinates stood quietly behind him.
"Everything has been arranged according to your instructions. What should we do next?" a subordinate asked respectfully.
Kanjuro exhaled a puff of smoke. "You guys withdraw first." He casually picked up an empty beer bottle and strolled toward the alley.
The group of small-time thugs was about to make a move on Yukinoshita Yukino, and her outer garment was about to be torn open. Just then, steady footsteps echoed in the air.
"Hey now, what kind of skill is it to bully a girl in the middle of the night?" Kanjuro's languid voice rang out.
Hearing this familiar voice, Yukinoshita Yukino opened her eyes wide in disbelief.
The thugs didn't expect anyone to interrupt.
"You kid... you want a piece of this too?" the leader said with a wicked smile.
Kanjuro shook his head. "She's my friend. Give me some face." He casually spat on the ground.
"Kanjuro?! How can it be you? Why are you here?" Yukinoshita Yukino was utterly confused.
"The house I'm renting is right around here," Kanjuro said, shrugging his shoulders.
"Oh, is that so?" Seiga Yukinoshita felt a seed of doubt.
"Alright, if you want to hurt Seiga, you'll have to see if you've got what it takes!" Kanjuro smashed a beer bottle hard against one of the thugs' heads, then grabbed Seiga Yukinoshita's hand and started running.
The thugs quickly gave chase.
Feeling her hand in Kanjuro's, Seiga Yukinoshita's heart grew even more conflicted. Looking at his back, she couldn't understand why he was helping her after she had treated him so poorly.
"Don't worry. Honestly, I just can't stand seeing girls get bullied. I'm helping you because we're classmates." Panting, Kanjuro led Seiga Yukinoshita to a corner and gently brushed a hand against her tear-stained cheek.
