Synopsis
Tyler transmigrates into the Naruto world and awakens as Orochimaru. Armed with future knowledge and forbidden power, he rises to absolute dominance. In this world, Orochimaru stood at the absolute pinnacle. Those who resisted him were either dead or reduced to materials on a cold operating table. “Sensei,” Anko asked softly, gripping his hand. “You already stand at the peak of the shinobi world, Why go this far?, Why betray the village?” Orochimaru did not hesitate. “Because I want everything.” “All ninjutsu! All bloodlines! Every taijutsu ever created! Supreme authority! And a life so long it ends only with eternity.” “The lifespan of flesh is a cage. That is why it must be discarded.” “What is a Hokage, in the end?” “Hashirama, the so-called God of Shinobi, is dead. The Sage of Six Paths died more than a thousand years ago.” “I will be the final victor.” “I will become the ultimate being.” ---- [Author’s Disclaimer] [All character properties belong to their respective creators. Chapter 1 - 1. Transmigration

◉◉◉◉◉

'Damn it! I did not expect to get caught anyway, sigh ~ Ultimately, no one ever truly knows how their story will unfold'

Those were Tyler's final thoughts.

He was only twenty-nine years old, a young doctor by any standard.

On the surface, he lived an ordinary life, worked a respectable job, and passed as a perfectly normal man.

And he did take his profession seriously. He treated patients with care and respected the dead.

At least, if one ignored a certain unsettling fixation.

Tyler loved beautiful eyes.

In F City, he was a moderately well-known doctor. Quietly, he spent a lot of money bribing the right people, asking them to inform him whenever a corpse with exceptional eyes appeared.

Before cremation, he would carefully remove those eyes and preserve them in containers, adding them to his private collection.

By the time the illegal brokers were exposed and arrested, he had already collected three pairs.

It would not take long for the authorities to trace the buyers. Maybe a week at most before his name surfaced and he was dragged off to prison.

Desecration of corpses, A charge that carried no sympathy.

Bad luck, however, always seemed to arrive early.

As Tyler walked alone down a rain-soaked street, idly imagining the dull routine of prison life, his phone played an old favorite.

Naruto.

It was a flashback scene. Itachi defeated Orochimaru instantly, without hesitation.

"What a pathetic snake," Tyler muttered with a snort. "Does not even need genjutsu, Strong enough eyes and it is over."

"That is it."

"That is it."

"That is it."

His tone dripped with disdain.

Bang!

Zzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!

Thunder exploded.

A streak of violet lightning tore through the sky.

When it faded, only a charred body remained on the wet pavement, along with stunned pedestrians frozen in place. Tyler's soul drifted away, pulled toward an unknown destination.

He crossed worlds.

The world of shinobi.

Konoha.

One year after the Nine-Tails' attack, the Hidden Leaf was still recovering. Its strength had been crippled, the beast itself could no longer be used, and the Fourth Hokage had died far too young.

For the first time in years, the ninja world stood in uneasy calm.

And in the shadows, Orochimaru had finally completed his forbidden experiments.

He had turned his true body into a monster.

A massive white serpent with eight heads, its colossal form coiled like a living mountain.

"Heh..."

"So I succeeded after all."

The creature spoke with a human voice.

Though it possessed eight heads, there was only one soul within. Orochimaru's soul commanded the body in its entirety.

His voice was hoarse, cold, and venomous, carrying an indescribable allure.

"Hiss~"

All eight heads snapped their eyes wide open as agony ripped through him.

His soul was being torn apart.

"AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"

A foreign soul from another world was forcing its way through space and time, emerging from within him, threatening to tear him into fragments and take his place.

Decades of research, A lifetime of obsession, was it all going to end like this?

Damn it!

Damn it!!

Damn it!!!

DAMN IT!!!!!!!!!!!

.

.

.

.

.

"Where am I?"

Tyler felt the world spin violently. The pain of being struck by lightning had not even faded when his vision was overwhelmed.

Countless scenes flashed before his eyes, like hundreds of lives playing at once. Every one of them belonged to the same man.

Orochimaru.

Decades of Orochimaru's memories flooded into Tyler's mind.

"FUCK!!"

The sensation went far beyond dizziness. It felt as though the entire world was collapsing inward.

When the storm finally settled, something fundamental had changed.

Names lost their meaning.

Tyler no longer felt like Tyler.

Memories aligned... Identity fused, Instincts reshaped themselves to fit this world.

A new name surfaced naturally, as if it had always belonged to him.

Orochimaru!

More than ten minutes passed.

The white eight-headed serpent slowly opened its eyes again, This time, all eight heads studied their massive body with calm curiosity.

Not as Orochimaru.

But as Tyler

That gaze was filled with disgust, disbelief, and deep resentment.

And confusion.

Scenes from Orochimaru's childhood replayed vividly in his mind, as if he had personally lived through those decades.

An orphan from a young age. Endless wars. Watching comrades fall and learning firsthand how fragile life could be. Abandoning all restraint in the pursuit of immortality, carrying out cruel and inhumane experiments without hesitation.

For a moment, Tyler truly felt as if he had become Orochimaru.

"Damn it!"

A cold, sinister voice echoed through the cavern.

Silence followed.

The massive body trembled slightly, and Tyler flinched at the sound of his own voice.

Boom!

A thunderous crash shook the dark cave as the enormous eight-headed serpent shrank, its colossal form twisting and compressing into that of a human.

Standing there was a deeply unsettling middle-aged man.

Long black hair fell loosely down his back. Slitted, serpent-like pupils gleamed with a faint golden light. Purple markings stretched from his eyes toward the bridge of his nose. His skin was deathly pale, devoid of warmth, and blue-green magatama earrings hung from his ears.

Devious, Insidious.

That was the only impression Tyler could form.

"This face really is monstrous."

His voice came out slightly hoarse.

Orochimaru had been a true madman, a terrifying visionary driven by boundless ambition. And now Tyler had inherited everything, This body, these memories. This legacy.

He was the new Orochimaru.

"Unfortunately, I was never a good person to begin with," he murmured.

"The difference is that this world has no rules that can restrain me. Rules only bind the weak, The strong are the ones who create them."

"Even a snake like this can evolve."

His voice grew colder, sharper, steadily aligning with Orochimaru's own tone.

"Abandon the past and embrace rebirth, Discard humanity and pursue godhood."

"From this night onward."

"I am the new Orochimaru."

"Hehehe... This is where the fun begins"

Without anyone realizing it, the fate of the shinobi world had quietly shifted. No one could predict how far a soul from another world might go.

----

The next day.

Konoha.

Orochimaru returned from his secret base as if nothing had happened, walking openly back into the village.

"Orochimaru-sama."

"Orochimaru-sama."

Two gate guards greeted him respectfully, not daring to show the slightest disrespect.

Fear flickered briefly in their eyes, but it was outweighed by reverence. Respect for power. Respect for one of Konoha's legendary figures.

Tyler paid the minor figures no attention and went straight back to Orochimaru's residence in the village.

Calling it a home was generous. His true laboratories were scattered across the land outside Konoha. He himself rarely stayed here.

"The shinobi world is at peace. I have no missions to deal with," he thought.

"And my research on body-transfer techniques requires time and focus, There's no reason to keep playing along with Konoha."

"This is the perfect moment to defect."

"The only question is whether I should make a spectacle of it. Act recklessly, reveal everything, and leave in full view."

He poured himself a glass of water and spoke softly.

According to the original course of events, the Third Hokage would hesitate at the crucial moment and ultimately let him go, even if Orochimaru deliberately exposed traces of his experiments and was surrounded.

But the fact that he had transmigrated at all meant the future was no longer guaranteed.

If the Third suddenly chose not to waver and decided to fight in earnest, then arrogance would turn into a fatal mistake.

Although the Eight-Headed Serpent Technique gave him confidence in escaping Konoha, there was no reason to cripple himself unnecessarily.

Tyler did not even realize how much his way of thinking had already changed.

He was Tyler.

And he was Orochimaru.

A more ruthless Tyler.

A more cautious and greedy Orochimaru.

A slippery snake.

And it felt right.
