Ellen was forced to help the spoiled CEO rather than have him constantly called and lose sleep. She got out of bed, briefly combing her hair and wiping off her wrinkled face. She had to at least look her best so Flint wouldn't worry too much.
After tidying up her appearance, she hurried to her best friend's house, even though she still had a fever. She was worried that Flint wouldn't be able to shower like before. Thinking about that ridiculous moment made her laugh softly as she entered the access code for her friend's house. Upon entering her friend's house, she saw furry bunny slippers placed next to Flint's. She smiled happily as she put on the slippers, which fit perfectly on her feet, and then ran to the bathroom.
