Jay's POV
As section e left, I felt so tired. I walked toward Keifer.
"I'm sleepy," I said.
He smiled, carried me to our room, and gently laid me down on the bed.
He lifted my T-shirt slightly and kissed my stomach.
"Good night, baby. Dada and Mama love you," he whispered before kissing my stomach again.
I giggled.
He took off his T-shirt and pants before lying beside me. He always slept like that.
I also took off my T-shirt and lay down. He pulled me into his arms, and I completely melted in his embrace.
Soon, we both drifted off to sleep.

The next morning, I woke up and had breakfast. But right after eating, I suddenly felt like throwing up.
I quickly ran to the bathroom and started vomiting.
Keifer rushed after me, rubbing my back gently before handing me a glass of water.
Once I was done, he helped me back to bed.
"We have to go for shopping," I said.
He shook his head.
"No, not now. First, get some rest. When you feel better, then we'll go."
I nodded.
Keifer gently caressed my hair and kissed my cheek before quietly leaving the room to give me some space.
As I rested, I felt someone enter the room. I thought it was Keifer.
Then someone gently poked my cheek.
I opened my eyes and saw Kerein.
"What happened?" I asked, trying to sit up.
He quickly held my arm.
"No, lie down," he said softly.
"I want to talk to the baby."
I chuckled and nodded.
He sat beside me, and I lifted my T-shirt a little.
He placed his hand gently on my belly.
"Hi, I'm your Tito Kerein," he said with a bright smile.
"When you come out, we'll play together. I'll share all my toys with you, I promise. We'll do lots of pranks on Kuya Kegain too."
He giggled.
I smiled, caressed his hair, and gently pulled him closer.
He lay beside me and hugged me.
"So... you'll forget me?" I teased.
He immediately shook his head.
"No. Never. Who forgets his mom?"
His words made me freeze.
"What?" I whispered.
"You're my mom," he said. "You've always been with me since I was three. You always supported me and protected me. Even when you were away for almost three or four years, you always called us, and the first thing you asked about was me."
He looked at me with watery eyes.
"I'll always love you. I'll never forget you. You're my Mama... Will you accept me as your son? Will you and Kuya forget me when your own baby is born?"
Tears immediately filled my eyes.
"Never, baby. Never."
I hugged him tightly.
"I'll always treat you like my son. In fact, you are my son. You are our first baby, and you'll always be. I love you so much, Kerein."
"I love you too, Mama," he whispered as he hugged me back.
Without realizing it, we both fell asleep.

After an hour...A clicking sound woke me up.
I slowly opened my eyes and saw Kegain and Keifer standing there, both holding their phones and laughing.
"What?" I asked sleepily.
"Look at how you two are sleeping," Keifer laughed.
I looked down.
Kerein's arms were wrapped protectively around me while I was hugging him against my chest.
"You both really look like a mother and son," Kegain said.
"Because we are," I smiled while caressing Kerein's hair. "He's my baby... my first baby."
"Yes," Keifer said softly, kissing my forehead. "And he always will be."
"How are you feeling now, love?" he asked.
"Much better."
"Your mom and Tita are waiting in the living room. It's time to go for shopping."
I nodded.
I went to the bathroom, washed my face, changed my clothes, and came back.
Kerein was already awake, while Kegain was teasing him by showing him the photos.
"Ate, see!" Kerein complained.
I quickly snatched Kegain's phone.
"Both of you go finish your homework. When I come back, I'll check it. If you don't finish, I won't talk to either of you."
"Okay, Ate!" they answered together.
I smiled as they ran toward there rooms
I walked downstairs.
Keifer was chatting happily with Mama and Tita.
I really made this guy a gossip queen. He was busy gossiping with them about the neighbors.
"Yeah, they always do that," Keifer said.
"Exactly," Mama agreed.
I sighed.
"So... who are you all gossiping about now?"
"About our neighbors," Keifer answered innocently. "Mama told me they used to be her neighbors too. They're really rude."
I laughed and shook my head.
"Come on, let's go."
Everyone nodded.
Keifer opened the passenger door for me before getting into the driver's seat.
Mama and Tita sat in the back.
Soon, we reached the bridal showroom while happily talking about the wedding.
Keifer helped me out of the car and held my hand as we walked inside.
The staff greeted us warmly.
We first went to the bridal section.
They showed me so many beautiful dresses, but I didn't like any of them.
Mama suggested a few.
I tried them.
Still no.
Then Tita picked a few.
I tried those too.
Still nothing.
Finally, I searched by myself and found another gown.
It was pretty...
But it still didn't feel right.
After walking around for almost fifteen minutes, I looked around but couldn't find Keifer anywhere.
Suddenly, he appeared behind me with a gown in his hands.
It wasn't too heavy.
It wasn't overly sparkly.
It wasn't plain either.
It was simply... perfect.
I tried it on.
The moment I looked in the mirror, I smiled.
"I love it."
I ran toward him.
"Thank youuu, Keiffy!"
I gave him a quick kiss on the lips.
Mama, Tita, and the staff all cleared their throats.
My cheeks instantly turned red from embarrassment.
Next, we went to the groom's section.
Luckily, it only took ten minutes to find Keifer's outfit.
After paying the bill, we left the showroom.
"Keif... I want ice cream."
He looked at me.
"No. You were vomiting this morning."
"Please... baby wants it."
I placed both hands on my stomach.
He sighed dramatically.
"That's blackmail."
Even so, he bought me an ice cream anyway.
When we reached home, I was completely exhausted.
I ate dinner, changed into comfortable clothes, cuddled into Keifer's arms...
...and peacefully drifted off to sleep.
