"You killed him!" Ultimateman roars, charging through the destroyed building like a stupid divine arrow. "You killed him!"
Corvessa in her half bird form met him mid-air.
She licked her teeth frowning. "Don't remind me of my failure! That crow should have been perfect!" Her voice rose to a shriek as she dove down, Crowmarrow igniting in a spiral of violet hellfire.
Ultimateman met her again with a shockwave punch, one she barely dodged, feathers spiraling like shrapnel. Her laugh pierced through his stupid sad ears. "Ooooh, you're angry, aren't you, pretty boy? Is that what love looks like on you?"
"You don't even know what love is!" He snarled, launching again.
Corvessa moved fast and met him with a kiss.
His fist collided with her ribs weakened, but her lips touched his, and as she fell back as her scythe spun around and countered. Slicing through his skin like paper. "You smell like broken dreams, ~!"
He staggered, panting. "I'm hurt- how- you're not human."
"Oh no, darling," She giggled, hovering just above. "I'm worse."
In anger Ultimateman charged her again with golden power pulsing around his body like a sun but she vanished in a cyclone of feathers and crows, reappearing behind him with a giggle and slashing his leg mid-flight.
"Gah, you talk about love!" Ultimateman roared, turning with a punch that cracked her jaw.

Blood sprayed across Corvessa's beautiful cheek. She moaned.
"Yes," she whispered, dazed and delighted. "Yes, hurt me, just like he did… my King Crow."
Ultimateman grabbed her and slammed her down with a shockwave. The concrete cratered beneath them. "YOU KILLED THE MAN I LOVE!"
His scream ripped through the air, raw and divine. As he held her going airborne.
"Oh?" She coughed. "The blue one or the clean one?"
His grip tightened her throat.
"Jeremy!" He shouted, shaking her. "His name is Jeremy! And you tore him apart!"
"So that was his name…" Corvessa purred, wrapping her legs around him. "He screamed like a violin in a bonfire. Delicious and entertaining."
He tried to pull himself away, but she kissed him again.
This time, it worked as it should.
The slow corruption leaked into his veins. His grip slackened. Confusion hit. She drove her scythe through his gut, twisting.
He coughed blood. "Wh- what are you doing…"
"You will make a beautiful bone," She cooed, licking the blood off her lips. "For my love. For my King."
He fell, and she fell with him, straddling his collapsing body mid-sky, giggling as they crashed into a billboard.
Steel and sparks rained around them as they fell into the open street. Pedestrians' stupid cries echoed the air. She pressed him down, dominating him.
"Don't worry…" She whispered as she tore his ear off and chewed in front of a crowd of people.
He screamed.
Oh, he screamed.
Corvessa moaned louder.
She sank her violet fire claws into his chest, carving runes into flesh that was once unbreakable. "Your skin is so soft now… Do you feel it? That's love."
He gasped, sputtering, "You're… the devil…"
"Wrong again." She dug her fingers into his eye and pulled it out. She bit it like an apple.
"I'm love." She smiled down at him as the juices leaked from her lips.
She burned sigils into his flesh. Violet flames erupted as the soul-magic anchored itself. His body arched, howling.
"Oh yes, arch for me. Love is such a sweet agony." She rubbed her arms. Then her legs. Then-
"Yes oooh yes my queen!" Ultimateman screamed.
He was glowing now. Violet flames turned to hungry halos. His soul screeched.
She dug into his ribs pulling out a bone.
Corvessa licked her fingers and whispered into his dying breath.
"You said you loved him," Corvessa sang. "So now you'll join him, forever."
She raised her scythe as he turned into the bone and she fused the remnants of Ultimateman onto the tip of her weapon.
His soul flared, bright, beautiful, obedient and the flames died.
The bones hummed. Her scythe purred. They called to her love. Their queen.
"I have a new soul now," she whispered, holding it to her cheek. "One worthy of my King- "
Corvessa got hit. Hard.
She tumbled back.
"How… how did you kill Ultimateman!" Some new dove said.
(Yesyesyes, all their souls are so bright I can't help it.)

"I, Ice Maiden, will end you! You will NOT survive!"
It started to snow.

"The cold welcomes death with open arms!" Corvessa chirped like a bird to the ice women. "And I'm going to give you a big hug!"
"You don't even care." Ice brat said.
"I do! Oh, I do! I love!"
"Just like the other villains you will fail-"
"No! Nonono!" Corvessa scratched her neck.
