Jay-jay's POV
Did Yuri come home last night?
I woke up early today which is unusual. I couldn't sleep properly. My head is a mess. I'm really worried about the king of serpents. That shameless man is refusing to leave my head.
I took a shower. Changed into my uniform and went downstairs. Aries was already sitting at the dining table.
He stared at me for a moment."How's your fever now?" He asked casually. Very casually.
My fever....Oh right, I had a fever yesterday...I guess I was feeling more sick because of the exam. But now I'm okay.. hehe..
"Uhhh...it's okay now. I'm feeling good."
He nodded.
We ate the rest of our breakfast silently.
"Let's go." Aries said suddenly standing up from his chair.
"Uhhh....you go ahead I'll go later."
"Jay you'll get late. Also you don't have a ride diba?? How are you supposed to go??"
Wow.....Just yesterday this man was yelling at me when I knocked at his door to ask about Yuri. Why is he suddenly behaving like a gentleman. If he weren't my brother I would've named him Flipper. Because he flips his words every second.
"I...uhhh... I'll walk"
"You sure Jay?"
"Yeah"
"Okay....Suit yourself then."
He walked out. Only when I heard his car pull away. I took out my phone.
"Hello.... he's gone."
"I'm already in front of your house."
"Okay I'm coming."
I said goodbye to tita and stepped out of the house. There he was leaning against his car. A new one again. This one was Rolls Royce. A very suspicious shade of black I can't even explain in words. Rich people and their colour code.
"Too much staring for this early morning"
"I wasn't staring."
"Sure Mrs. Watson"
"Do you want me to scratch your brand new car?" I threatened him.
He caught both of my wrists and pulled me closer. So close that I could smell his cologne. It was something sweet. Not like the strong ones he usually wears. Jay you should start a perfume business.
His voice was deep when he spoke.
"Why don't you scratch me instead."
Huh?? What does that even mean?? Why does he want me to scratch him? Is he itchy?
"Do you have allergies?? Rashes??"
He burst out laughing at my words.
"Jay you're impossible. Now get in before I kiss you right in front of your house"
When we reached at school,Keifer parked his car and I was waiting for him in front of the gate. I saw my brother getting out of his car. How on earth we reached before him. I started walking away seeing him. But it was too late. He already saw me.
"How did you reached before me?? You said you would walk" my brother asked me suspiciously.
I gave him a fake innocent laugh.
"I...uhhh...I"
"Because she came with her husband" the king came behind me and grabbed my waist.
"Jay..?" My brother was glaring at me now.
"Oh look that's sir Alvin. I should talk to him" I fooled him and ran away.
Yesterday I did the same with Kuya Angelo. Someday I am going to be dead in one of my brothers' hands.
Keifer's POV
Aries was now glaring at me. Jay ran away. Of course dhe did.
"What do you think you're doing?"
"Umm attending my classes??"
"I'm not talking about classes."
"Don't act like a fucking kid! I know what I'm doing"
"Do you know anything about Yuri?"
"No"
"You're Keifer Watson and you're telling me to believe that you have no idea about what Yuri is up to?"
"Well I never interfered in Yuri's bussines."
"Good.... Because,if Jay gets hurt because of you again you'll see that not only you have power but I have too."
"So you really care about Jay?"
He didn't answer me...He just walked away...
