Somewhere in a hospital a young man who had finished highschool woke up in a hospital after a week of being in a coma.
'Where am I?'
Sammy thought to himself.
After observing his surroundings by slightly opening the curtains he realized that he was in a hospital.
After exactly 1.5 seconds later thoughts of what the hell that tree thing was and how he had even survived that even though he got stabbed in the heart but as soon as he thought about Danish...
Sammy's starry blank eyes swelled with tears of sorrow and rage as he thought about his dearest friend Danish who was stabbed by that damn tree.
Suddenly Sammy saw a radiant green glow from the edge of his eyes and, so he turned his head and when he did he saw the book.
'It's the same book! Did it save my life?'
Sammy stared at the book before taking it in his hands and his first thoughts were...
'How can I use this to kill that damn tree monster.
After all the tree monster wanted this so he could go home so this thing might be able to open a portal and when that damn tree is halfway in the portal I might be able to close it and kill that bastard'

A doctor suddenly opened the curtains surprising Sammy and so he let out a girlish scream hence embarrassing him and making the entire hospital think that he was some how a girl but Sammy wasn't concentrated too much on that because...
The doctor had brown hair black eyes and looked like she was in her 20s even though she was supposed to be 25 and she was exceptionally beautiful but more importantly...
The doctor was Danish's wife Maria
And Sammy just stared at her not knowing what to say so he tried to stand up but Maria who was 3 meters away after opening the curtains but went back a few steps due to Sammy's girlish scream came forward again and told Sammy to
"Wait! You shouldn't stand right now your still injured in your leg."
'What? my leg ? but last time I checked that thing stabbed me in the heart, I shouldn't be even alive right now unless a miracle! Maybe they did a heart transplant... wait is that even possible!?'
And so he sat down instead of lying in his bed.
Then he mustered enough courage to tell the news about Danish but got interrupted by Maria as she began to speak about why Sammy was in the hospital.
"Honestly what were you thinking kid running in the forest while it was raining... looking for your-"
Sammy stopped listening to her the moment she said raining
'Rain? when was I ever getting chased by that thing in the rain'
at the corner of his eyes he saw the TV that was in the hospital and when he saw it he was shocked because the year was 2020 and not 2025 in that moment sammy realized that he had regressed.
A normal person would have been shocked and confused but Sammy wasn't your regular person he was someone who had read novels, manhuas, and even mangas ever since he was a little boy and he could even confidently say that he had read more than a thousand storys, in fact he could tell all one thousand stories with perfect accuracy without missing a single detail!
but it's just that it would at least take ten years for him to finish and so he grinned like a evil villain as he thought to himself.
'I regressed? Am I in a story or something. Please tell me I'm OP!'
"Uh, are you okay?"
Maria asked as she was certain that the boy sitting on the bed lost his mind. Sammy also realised the kind of awkward situation he was in.
"Uh"
*Uh* was the only thing that Sammy could come up with as an excuse to this awkward situation but then suddenly his saviour came!
He was the one and only person that could save him from this kind of awkward silence!
It was the annoying and selfish Danish!
And then suddenly Sammy's Awkward fake smile to cover his evil grin became a frown!
Because Danish was the guy who would come in at a random awkward time and make an even greater Awkward situation and then leave!
"Sammy!!!!"
Screamed Danish enough to make everyone in the hospital know his nickname. And a bit later he screamed...
"I knew it! I knew that girlish scream which sounded girlier than a girl was yours!"
Sammy was dead silent and Sammy's emotions were in a state where no emotion were fit to have response to Danish's remarks except for absolutely being annoyed and embarrassed.
It came to the point where even Maria was embarrassed to be Sammy's doctor.
The only thing that Sammy could think at that moment was.
'I hate him! I hate him! I hate him! I hate him! I hate him I hate him!'
Can you guess the next word Sammy thought in his mind? Yes it was...

In the background Sammy could hear some patients say
"Poor girl."
"It must be tough for her to have a dad like that."
'Dad? Dad, Dad! The patients here must be insane to think that this guy is my Dad! And they even think im a girl!'
Then suddenly Danish squished Sammy during a hug almost breaking Sammy's ribs and backbone.
"You don't know how worried I've been Smaran!"
'Oh shit!'
Sammy thought because the only time that Danish would ever use Sammy's real name and not his nickname, like this was if sammy had done something very bad but Sammy didn't know what he had done wrong as he didn't know why he was running in the rain.

Before Sammy could complete his thought Danish interrupted saying
"I know that you are upset because your father is dead but throwing yourself."
"He is not dead!"
Sammy replied subconsciously.
Sammy was suprised to hear this because...
