In 630 CE, the Prophet ﷺ returned to Makkah with an army, but instead of revenge, he showed forgiveness. Standing before the people who once tortured him, he said:
"No blame will there be upon you today. You are free."
He destroyed the idols in the Kaaba and restored it to the worship of One God. Thousands accepted Islam that day, not out of fear, but because of truth and mercy.
