Arc 2 chapter 22
The battle field in the center of the storm was intense and neither side was willing to back down though the Sun Spiders were putting a much more fight then imagined and there was no winning side in particular. Thirty men were charging straight for Albert and each one of them unleashed their battle techs at Albert but when they reached him only an after image was there and Albert was mid air unleashing his battle tech [quick draw] he drew out a sword from his staff and cut through everyone in unimaginable speed and everyone of them dropped on the ground with a slit throat. At the other hand, Kali was once again paired with Power 6 and they were already exchanging blows like everyone else.
Ssp6: [poison needles]
Kali:[water shield]
Ssp6: come hear little rabbit! [dancing snake]
Kali: [super speed] (she evades)
Ssp6: stop hopping around! [poison breath]
Kali: it looks like you're angry, am I too fast for you? (acting slay)
Ssp6: you little bitch! I'll make sure to shred those gigantic milkers of yours to pieces! [revenge claws LV6] die!
Kali: [rabbit hole] (Kali went underground and dug her way to Power 6's feet and grabbed them) [rabbit trap]
Ssp6: what's this?!
Kali: hey... Thanks for letting me know who I love and I hope you find happiness in your next life.
Ssp6: no wait!
Kali used her raw strength to pull Power 6 to the ground by force and Power 6 got dragged deeper and deeper to the ground and her face was squished and teeth were lying everywhere her bones grinded to peaces and her pretty skin was mixed with blood, rocks and dirt and her blood filled the hole and she died there underground and Kali came out through another hole she dugged.
Kali: too bad, me and you could've been good friends.
Ssp2: good friends? Nah that was the most brutal shit I've ever seen!
Kali: the most painful deaths stay with you until your next life to make you realize your mistakes.
Ssp2: now that's some wise shit!
Kali: who are you anyways? That clothing... Are you western?
Ssp2: yep and I have a surprise for ya! It's called a gun! (he started firing his gun)
Kali: [super speed]
Ssp2: you sure hop around a lot but I don't miss. (shoots Kali in the legs)
Kali: ughh! Shit!
Ssp2: you're not movin around no more!
Rachel: [spear throw]
Ssp2: (dodges Rachel's surprise attack) that was close miss but you missed.
Rachel: who said I was aiming for you?
Ssp2: what?!
Kali: [spear throw]
Ssp2: a double surprise attack?!
The spear penatrated Power 2's back to his stomach and he's blood and intestines were spelled out of his body and he dropped down on the floor.
Kali: hey... Thanks.(blushing)
Rachel: what was that?
Kali: I said nothing! Forget it! (heads to another battle field after fixing her wound with water magic)
Rachel: it looks like you're still a tsundere as always (but still I feel like this was way too easy...)
For some reason Anos was floating at the storm's currents and watching the battle from above with a confident look on his face along side two others and Power 7.
Ssp7: they're good not gonna lie.
Ssp8: yeah but I can imagine the looks on their faces once lord Anos uses his ability!
Ssp9: yeah but too bad for Power 1 and 4 though.
Anos: speaking of that... Where's 5 and 10?
Ssp9: 5 is outside the storm preparing the magic item and 10 is somewhere on the battle field trying to kill the Rabbit girl like you ordered.
Anos: then tell him to give up on the plan cuz Power 6 managed to fulfill her mission.
Ssp7: what mission is that?
Anos: make the bunny give up on using the blumond on herself.
Ssp7: how did she do that?
Anos: let's just say once you find love, dying is no longer an option.
Ssp7: I can never understand such a thing.
Anos: you should try it sometimes, maybe you might not be chasing storms with me.
Ssp7: my greatest honor is serving you, nothing else.
Anos: I'm quite proud to have you guys as my crew...and speaking of crews, it's time.
Ssp8: here it comes!
Anos: [Experiment]
After Anos activated this ability every Sun Spider that was down and dead inside the storm quickly awakened and their bodies reformed and retached themselves and the Sun Spiders were complete again except for those who died in sub dimensions.
Alex: what's happening?! Some of these guys were suppose to be dead!
Rachel: I have no idea but I might have a clue.
Alex: a clue?
Rachel: yeah, for some reason even though they down, their hearts were still beating.
Albert: why didn't you say that sooner!
Rachel: I was occupied.
Kali: what's going on?
Ssp6: ahh man that hurt like a son of a bitch!
Kali: you're alive?!
Ssp6: I never died in the first place and oh thanks for wishing me good things so let me express it properly.
Power 6 closed the distance between her and Kali and kissed her on the cheek, the image was a little adorable for a moment then she kicked Kali on the stomach and she flew at that direction. Kali managed to balance her self mid air and went after Power 6 with [quick attack] and tried to land a blow on her but Power 6 blocked it.
Ssp6: now you're within range! [revenge claw LV4]
Kali: kyaaah!
Kali's swimsuit like clothing got shredded on her stomach and she was now weakened and almost out of mana.
Kali: I guess this is it for me... If I had died a long time ago I wouldn't have any regrets but now I just can't...
Ssp6: you're really cute you know that? I hate killing you like this but...we could've been cool friends. [revenge claw]
Albert: [wind shield]
Albert appeared in front of Kali and protected her from the revenge claw and Power 6 placed some distance between them.
Albert: I leave you be for a minute and you're down for the count.
Kali: I just didn't see that coming okay! Anyways weren't you occupied or something?
Albert: just because some clowns got resurrected doesn't mean they got stronger.
Ssp6: even if you guys manage to kill us, lord Anos will succeed no matter what!
Albert: I'm tired of everyone riding that guy's dick and you underground! You think you're slick?
Ssp10: I was spotted huh.
Power 10 revealed himself hiding underground and came out in quick speed.
Albert: you reacted fast?
Ssp10: I know you were gonna do something to the ground.
Albert: you read my mind but you guys are not getting away from this. [Earth prison LV4]
Ssp6: (dodges in time and kept further distance while Power got caught) I see if you can't kill us, trap us, clever move.
Sion: it's not that he can't kill you, it's just not time yet.
Ssp6: huh?
Kali: Sion?! You're awake! But how?
Sion: post-backup mana... It's kinda complicated anyways I don't have much time soo let me explain this quick!
Kali: okay I'm listening.
Sion: it looks like Anos's ability works by connecting his mana with another person's mana and becoming an admin of their life force since mana is generated by your life force, in other words he controls their whole bieng.
Kali: so they are puppets?
Sion: not exactly, he just controls their mana and bodies incase something happens like for example...
Kali: when they die! So that's how he did it! They never died!
Sion: yes he kept their life force intact using his.
Kali: dammit! How did I not see that!
Albert: you would have not, Sion's brain and thought process just works different.
Kali: yeah but we should've have seen Anos's mana threads but...
Albert: you can't see them can you?
Kali: yeah... Why is that?
Sion: it's because he's using the storms current to spread his mana.
Kali: but the storm is a mana zone! It's filled with mana! How did you notice that?
Sion: just look closely you can see his mana there.
Albert: don't even try Kali you'll get confused.
Sion: anyways you need to round up all of them and kill them in one go, that way he'll be forced to put a lot of mana on his mana threads and he won't be able to control all of their life in forces in one go...
Kali: and he'll only be able to awaken some while others die for real!
Sion: yeah... But even so... If that giant undead appears... It's over... Do not allow him to use his ability on it... (falls unconscious)
Albert: it looks like he's post-backup mana ran out.
Kali: OK let's round up these guys.
Ssp6: yeah fuck that I'm out!
Ssp10: you dare runaway from the mission lord Anos gave us!
Ssp6: incase you forgot I never worked for you guys in the first place! I'm only with you because of orders from above, I mean even Anos knows this.
Ssp10: but...
Ssp6: sorry but unlike Drogo I don't get attached so bye! Oh and bunny girl... Till we meet again! [Gate]
Kali: She disappeared!
Albert: it's the same ability as that elf.
Kali: elf?
Albert: it's a long story... Anyways let's round up everyone of these guys and give them hell!
Kali ran around the battlefield rounding up every single Sun Spider she came across with while helping Alex and Rachel along the way until she got exhausted from using [Super speed] all over the place and she had to immobilize some along the way because of resistance. Unfortunately she couldn't round them up but she did gather the knocked out ones and brought them to one place.
Kali: sorry.... That's all I could do.
Albert: I'm sure they're enough. [rock throw LV7]
Just before the giant Boulder could crush the piled up bodies, a mana blast destroyed the boulder and Anos finally appeared from the storm's currents along with the rest of the Powers except for the one outside the storm.
Ssp2: you folks caught me off guard last time but you won't survive this dance.
Rachel: I don't like cowboys.
Kali: I'm starting to feel the same way.
Albert: huh? Funny I like cowboys
Alex: I think they're kinda cool.
Kali: there's nothing cool about that guy. Look at how he's dressed.
Alex: but you're dressed up like you're going to the beach except that it's white and fluffy like a sheep.
Kali: the women in my village wear like this because we have curvy thighs and big breasts!
Ssp8: indeed you do.
All:..... (staring at him)
Ssp8: what? I saw it during the raid on her village, those rabbit girls were thick and busty okay!
Ssp2: not gonna lie I wanted to do some of them...okay many of them.
Anos: why didn't you?
Ssp2: it was not part of your orders.
Anos:... We are a criminal group, doing stuff like that doesn't need orders.
Ssp8 and ssp2: dang it!
Anos: well it's about time we settle this up.
Albert: is that your way of surrendering?
Anos: surrender? No~ I'll never never give up on this even if it costs my life! I've lost and sacrificed too much because of this dead God! And now I finally have it! And it's mine for the keeping!
Alex: we won't let you! And how are you gonna take the storm anyway?!
Rachel: geez Alex you had to ask that?
Alex: what?
Albert: don't you know that you should never ask a villain their master plan?
Alex: what? No why?
Rachel: because now he'll have a higher chance of succeeding, it's a well known curse.
Alex: oh... Sorry?
Anos: don't be cuz it's too late anyways. Power 5! Fire the chains!!!
Power 5 was waiting outside with a ballista that also looked like a cannon and inside each five holes that were there it was chains infused with Power 5's aura and he fired them at the top of the storm and then he pushed the machine into the center of the storm with sheer force and whatever was grabbed by the chains was forced down into the center of the storm and with that that everyone froze in fear as a giant zombie head was drawn down to them and Anos was the only calm person in the field and was completely unfazed by the intense aura the undead emitted.
Anos: HAHAHA HAHAHA!!!! LOOK! MAGNIFICENT AND BEAUTIFUL! Finally this is what I've been dying to see! And I can't wait to control you and you shall be my puppet for achieving true world rebirth!
Alex: hey... Uncle Albert... Can you go up against that?
Albert: hundred percent not.
Alex: what?
Albert: that thing is in a level of a demigod or higher soo... Nope.
Alex:..... Fuck!
