Arc 1: The Village Of Markini
Chapter 1:Back home and out of place
The sea near the village was calm as always and the brease was cool and refreshing, the ship which was soaring through the sea was close to the port of the village of Markini, with that said the boy who was at the edge of the ship was enjoying the brease.
The boy had red hair, dark skin and crimson eyes, he was basically a black boy with red hair and eyes and right next to him was his long best friend who also a boy with but with white/silver hair, white skin which was almost too white making him look like he was sick and had green eyes and surprisingly feminine for a boy who is turning 16 after a few months
Alex Ember the boy with red hair and Sion Grey the boy with white/silver hair were on this ship and they were getting closer to the village of Markini and Alex was not so excited but Sion was and he looked like he couldn't wait any longer to finally get of the ship to and start going around the village.
Sion: Finally! Look Alex we are finally at Markini! Oh the memories.
Alex: I don't know why you're so excited over this old, dirty and washed up village.
Alex was not exited over the fact that he was going to live at this village once again like when he five years old back then but Sion was over the moon because he had finally came back to the village where he met his best friend and master Alex and his father
Sion was an orphan who was abandoned at a young age so... He couldn't remember who his parents were and one as he was looking for trash at the streets of Markini he was found by Alex who was the same age as him, as Alex saw the poor and pitiful white headed boy, Alex begged his father to take him in and become a servant for their house... The Ember clan and so after that Alex decided to name the boy Sion Grey and that's how they met and became friends and now it has been ten years since then and Sion was excited to be back at the place where he met Alex for the first time, but Alex was not feeling it.
Alex: Well... I guess it's too late to turn back now and precise we won't be here long anyway
Sion: Yeah but I wanted to stay a little longer... Though it can't be helped... After all it's the only path left for us.
Alex and Sion were not in a good position, because of what happened at the Ember clan. Alex lost at a battle of who will succeed his father between him and his half brother l, because he could not properly control his fire attribute magic which the Ember clan specialized in. After these circumstances Alex was left with no choice but to become an adventurer along with his servant and best friend Sion, with that his father recommended him to start adventuring at the village of Markini where his father's best friend is living and he will act as a guide and trainer for Alex and Sion.
Sion: it looks like it's time for us to leave the ship, c'mon let's go, i can't wait!
Alex: geez ok wait up!
And so Alex and Sion took off for the village and as they are walking through, Alex bumped to a person who was walking through them as Alex fell and tumbled down the road and as he looked up, he quickly refrained from what he was about to say to this rude son of a— and he backed down a little as he saw this adventurer who was highly equipped and looked to be high rank... At least between C and B rank and Alex was definitely not even D rank and Sion was close to D rank but not D rank either. Just when Alex was about to apologize the adventurer was a looking at him with an angry face, he was definitely pissed.
Adventurer: you little shit! Can't you see I'm in a hurry, do you want me to fireball your ass!?
Sion: I'm so sorry sir, but he was distracted because he was talking to me.( he said bowing in an apologetic way)
Alex: y... yes what he said!(trying to be convincing)
Adventurer: okay how about you pay me for delaying me?
Sion: that's not fair we apologized and we got nothing
In truth Alex and Sion did have money and they were not feeling apologetic to a scum bag adventurer who preyed on the weak for money but it's not like they can say that outloud
Adventurer: if that's the case then let me give you a beating of your lives(he said with a grin)
???? : that won't be necessary
Suddenly a voice said coming from the adventurer's back and as the adventurer looked back he saw a man that he could definitely recognize just by looking at him a little. The adventurer backed away as quickly as he could and ran away as quickly as he can while apologizing
Alex: uncle Albert!?
Albert: Yo long time no see Alex and you too Sion it's been a while.
The man was who just appeared is Albert Rhodes a former S rank adventurer who was once a member of an S rank party known as the Great Storm party along with Alex's father Lynn Ember and Alex's mother Dalora and also other six members of the party... So basically there were nine people in the Great Storm party and the man standing in front of them was one of them and that's the reason the adventurer ran away
Sion: yeah it's nice to see you Albert.
Albert: wow kid you just straight up used my name like that don't you got some respect you little shit!
Sion: I don't think you ever did anything worthy of my respect ALBERT!
Though Albert, to the eyes of other people was a respectable man and a legend who contributed to the continent and it's people, he was a great hero... But to the people who knew him and were close to him, they knew he had another side to him a side way too opposite to what the people knew about him, in truth Albert was a schemer not only that he was also womanizer and a pevert beyond compare and the people who actually knew this were very few but among those few people Alex and Sion were one of them.
Albert: look I know i may be a little bit weird but I still did somethings worthy of respect.
Sion: as long as I know that side of yours... It might be difficult to look at you at a good light.
Albert: (sigh)... Whatever! Anyways I got the letter from your father and all about how you wanna become adventurers and that you also lost the succession battle against your half brother... Well we'll talk about that
