Keifer's point of view
The next day, when Jay entered the classroom, everyone fell silent. Skirt short, tie loose, burgundy jacket, but his eye looked swollen somehow, and the wounds and bruises on his hands were dark enough to be clearly visible. Blaster started again, "Mutya is back, huh, did you fail the class yesterday, did you give up?"
Laughter broke out in the classroom. Rory added, "Section E's new jewel, but jewels break."
Jay didn't even lift his head, he just said, "I don't break, I break others," his voice was cold. Yuri came up next to me, "Mr. President, are you being affected? Normally you don't act this indifferent." I didn't even feel the need to turn to him. "I'm not affected, I just don't want him to stir things up," I said.
I don't even know myself whether I'm lying or not. I'm just curious about the old school files we'll learn after school today—what did he do that he fell into Section E?
After class, I saw paper being thrown at Jay again, the sender was Felix. Inside the paper it said, "Come on Mutya, cry." Instead of doing what he did last time, he answered, "Whether I'll cry is questionable, but I think your nose will be broken soon." The class started to buzz.
Felix stood up, I can read the anger in his eyes. I stepped in. "Enough."
Felix sat down. Jay looked at me, surprised and angry. "Why are you interfering?" he said.
"It's not interfering," I said, my voice quite cold, and added, "don't stir up my class." Yuri was watching, his eyes narrowed. "Keifer… be careful, that girl can change you."
But I chose to stay silent, I'm just waiting for the bell to ring.
