When the rock formation was only three meters away from Roy, he spoke again, and the attraction force on it instantly flipped into repulsion.
With the pull vanishing and the push erupting in the same moment, the rock formation's structure collapsed at once.

A deafening blast rang out as the entire formation exploded into countless fragments that shot outward in every direction like artillery.
Yet the instant those fragments were about to reach Roy, it was as if they struck an invisible wall. They shattered into even smaller pieces and were hurled away.
When everything finally settled, the once spotless ground was covered in rubble and dust.
"The stamina cost isn't that bad. And the gap between Almighty Push and Universal Pull is under five seconds, that's workable. But this is just the most basic use of them. In real combat, the stamina drain will spike. And that's not even counting big moves like Ultra Almighty Push, Planetary Devastation, or summoning the Outer Path Demon Statue. With my current endurance, I can't support that at all."
Roy gauged his condition and reached a clear conclusion.
Even with the Rinnegan, his stamina was still far from enough. If he wanted to contend with top tier powerhouses, he still had a long road ahead.
But for self defense alone, it was more than sufficient.
"Still, self defense isn't my goal. Looks like it's time to start training."
Roy clenched his fist, the corner of his mouth lifting into a confident smile as he muttered to himself.
"Your Majesty! Are you alright? What happened?"
At that moment, Cici came rushing over after hearing the commotion. Seeing the ground full of rubble and Roy standing in the middle of it, she panicked and asked.
"I'm fine." Roy turned and smiled to reassure her.
"Y Your Majesty, your eyes…" Cici's eyes widened as she stared at him in shock.
"It's a secret." Roy smiled faintly. Then he blinked, and the Rinnegan faded, returning to his original dark eyes.
He patted her head with a chuckle. "Alright, stop spacing out. Take me to lunch."
"O Okay. Yes, Your Majesty, please follow me." Only then did Cici snap out of it. A blush rose on her cheeks as she lowered her head and hurriedly led Roy to the dining hall.

Night fell quietly.
Inside the training room Roy had ordered prepared that afternoon, he was bare chested, breathing hard as he forced himself through sit ups.
"One thousand four hundred thirty six… one thousand four hundred thirty seven… one thousand four hundred thirty eight…"
He counted in silence, sweat sliding down his face and shoulders like fine rain. He could even feel the trembling spasms in his abdominal muscles.
Finally, after reaching one thousand five hundred, he could not get up again no matter how he tried. He took a deep breath and slowly stopped.
He grabbed a towel nearby and carefully wiped the sweat from his body, then looked up at the clock on the wall, surprised to realize he had been training for nearly three hours without noticing.
"They should have checked almost everything by now…"
Roy muttered, then left the training room, took a shower, changed into clean clothes, and returned to his bedroom.
Flash!
The moment Roy stepped inside, White Fang appeared in the room.
"Your Majesty, this is the basic information on several nearby countries." White Fang respectfully offered a file. "Also, the pirate crews within the Zephyr Kingdom have been fully investigated. There are three crews with a total of over two hundred people. Two of them have been causing trouble in the towns."
"Causing trouble? Hmph." Roy took the file and sneered. "Tomorrow, have Stanley lead the royal army to wipe them out. Send a few Anbu squads along as well. If the royal army can't handle it, let the Anbu move in."
He paused, then his tone turned colder.
"Also, tell Stanley this. From now on, any pirate crew entering the Zephyr Kingdom must register with the kingdom, pay an entry fee, and surrender all armed firearms. Anyone who refuses…"
Roy's eyes narrowed.
"Any who enter our territory without permission and stir up trouble will be executed in public. No exceptions."
"Understood, Your Majesty!" White Fang answered. In the next instant, he vanished.
"Next, I'll choose the first target for the Zephyr Kingdom's conquest of the world. Which country is the most suitable?"
Holding the file, Roy sat elegantly at his desk. A meaningful smile traced his lips as he flipped it open and began reading carefully.

As a citizen of the Zephyr Kingdom, Bata had always felt his luck was terrible.
If he had to name the source of all their misfortune, it started when the previous king refused to join the World Government.
After that, more and more pirates treated the Zephyr Kingdom like a playground where they could do whatever they wanted. Conflicts between the kingdom, underground forces, and pirate crews kept escalating, and war flared again and again.
Worse still, the Gambino family's sudden attack had nearly shoved the Zephyr Kingdom into an abyss.
The king was assassinated. The legion commander died in battle. The royal army suffered heavy losses and was left badly weakened.

Even Bata's daughter, only seven or eight years old, worshipped the new king to an almost ridiculous degree, even declaring that she would marry the king when she grew up.
Bata found it funny, and yet he could not help feeling moved.
This new king might be young, but he truly seemed to have extraordinary ability and resolve.
Would the Zephyr Kingdom's future really grow brighter and more prosperous?
With such hopeful thoughts, Bata's family finally welcomed their first peaceful night in a long time, and fell into a deep sleep.
