Standing on the high platform, Roy looked down at the cheering crowd below while the system notifications echoed in his ears, and a smile spread across his face.

He gave a satisfied nod. He was very pleased with this result.
"But wait. I don't have chakra. Can I still use the Rinnegan?"

The multi ton rock formation shuddered violently, then tore free from the ground and rose into the air, shooting straight toward Roy.
