Synopsis
In a future where money no longer exists, time decides who lives and who dies. When artificial intelligence takes control of the world, humanity is forced into a brutal system where every action earns—or costs—time. The rich possess centuries. The poor struggle with days. Kai was only five years old when his father saw the collapse coming. Branded a madman, he sold everything and invested in AI—saving his family when the world finally fell. Now nineteen, Kai lives in a society ruled by guilds, monsters, and dangerous zones created after the AI game world merges with reality. While others gain powerful skills, Kai receives nothing. No rank. No system blessing. No protection. But during a deadly college incident, Kai finds something far more dangerous than a skill—an ancient relic that allows him to create and shift weapons at will. In a world where time is currency and power decides fate, Kai will rise without the system’s permission. Because sometimes, the greatest threat… is the one the system failed to recognize.

Chapter 1: When Time Learned to Move

Time was once something humans measured. After that day, time became something humans paid.

Kai was only five years old when the world ended quietly. There were no explosions. No alarms. No wars.

That night, the house refused to sleep.

The lights flickered on and off without command. The ceiling fan slowed… stopped… then suddenly spun at full speed. The front gate opened, closed, opened again—over and over.

People laughed it off. "AI glitch," they said.

But Kai's father stood silently in the living room, watching the lights like they were breathing.

For the first time in his life, Kai saw fear on his father's face.
