The Devil God's Schemes
In a distant void, Nem smiled darkly, his fingers tracing invisible patterns in the air as the evil god chuckled beside him.
"Xiao Yan has regained his memories," Nem said, a gleam of malice in his eyes.
"And what will you do now?" the evil god asked.
"He can't act rashly. He killed his own father, the only one who could stop us. It's only a matter of time before his death," Nem replied with cruel certainty.
Meanwhile, in the Sect, Mi-An hurried to find Di'or. Her steps were quick, her heart racing.
"Di'or, what's wrong with you? Were you crying?" he asked softly.
"It's a long story," she whispered, urgency in her voice.
Suddenly, Nem appeared, his presence like a shadow across the land.
"Di'or," he called, voice echoing with power.
Di'or's eyes narrowed, anger flashing as he moved toward him. Mi-An intercepted him.
"Di'or! Don't go to him—he is evil!" she warned.
"What are you talking about?" Di'or asked, confused.
"He's the one responsible for Xiao Yan's sorrow!" Mi-An shouted, desperation in her tone.
Before Di'or could react, Nem struck. A surge of lightning hit Mi-An, and she was sent sprawling, blood staining her lips. Nem vanished, dragging Di'or with him, leaving a trail of chaos.
The Demon Realm opened before her eyes, vast and terrifying.
"Where is this?" she asked, voice trembling.
"Welcome home," Nem said with a sinister grin.
"You… you're a demon?" she stammered.
"Yes. I am the devil god and the demon king," he replied.
Mi-An's mind raced. "So… the Ansha isn't a demon?"
"Yes. He is Xiao Yan's father," Nem said with an edge of satisfaction.
Mi-An's heart wrenched. "What! You made Xiao Yan kill his father?"
"Di'or, don't let us talk about this," Nem said dismissively.
"I can't… I can't stay with you," Di'or said, his heart breaking.
"I thought you loved me… all my life, you were the only one I ever loved. Don't leave me," Nem pleaded, voice raw.
"I'm sorry. I can't stay with someone like you," Di'or replied, stepping away.
Mi-An's heart shattered as the reality of betrayal and darkness pressed down on her.
