and with that they nagomo and chi went to the cafe. but if only nagomo had listened to what his dear friend the narrator the torture and realisations he would feel wouldn't cause him so much harm

'yeah lets go in, we still have 30 minutes until schools starts' chi said

and as the realisation that he was completely alone with a girl, in a trendy couples cafe hit him, he fell dead but, fueled be pure spite and ego he strenghtened his resolve and pushed forward
"hey.. chi give a minute a got to take a call real quick"

"narrator please console me, i think im going to barf"

and as nagomo held her hand he started to breathe heavyliy, on the verge of tears he pushed forward, his mask of fake perfection hanging by a thread and for some reason he felt happy to see chi smile so vibrantly as he held her hand. and even though it was for only a moment, nagomo felt no fear, nor haterd when looking at her but something completely new for the first time in years.
" hey your hands warm now"
