Chapter 3: Midnight in Paris
The cool Parisian breeze and the glittering lights of the Eiffel Tower had completely transformed the mood. Si Jin and Joon were staying in an incredibly opulent "Penthouse Suite," where the entire city was visible through floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
Kim Si Jin: (Unbuttoning his coat as he looks toward the balcony) Paris... people call it the City of Love. What do you think, Joon?
Joon Jimeya: (Staring at the view in awe) It feels exactly like a dream, Sir. I never imagined I'd see Paris from this close.
Kim Si Jin: (Walking up behind Joon, his Alpha aura radiating warmth) From now on, it's my responsibility to turn your every dream into reality. But in return... I want your undivided attention.
(Suddenly, the hotel staff arrives with a large, elegant box. Inside is a breathtaking designer silk gown.)
Joon Jimeya: (Surprised) Sir, what is this?
Kim Si Jin: There's a private party tonight. You're coming with me. People will ask who my new artist is, and I want to show them that you aren't just my artist... you are my most special person. Go, get ready.
The Party
The party was held in an ancient French Chateau. The room was filled with French aristocrats and international stars. Joon wore the silk gown, looking like nothing less than a fairytale princess.
(As Si Jin and Joon enter, every eye in the room fixes on them. Si Jin holds Joon's hand with immense pride.)
Joon Jimeya: (Whispering) Sir, everyone is staring at us. I'm feeling a bit nervous.
Kim Si Jin: (Pulling Joon closer to his side) Stay close to me. As long as my hand is holding yours, no one can even touch you.
(Slow music begins to play on the dance floor. Si Jin leads Joon out to dance. Under the moonlight, with the silhouette of the Eiffel Tower in the distance, they are inches apart.)
Kim Si Jin: (Searching Joon's eyes) There's a different sparkle in your eyes tonight. Is it the effect of Paris... or me?
Joon Jimeya: (Blushing and looking down) Perhaps... both.
(Si Jin gently tilts Joon's chin up. His face is so close that Joon can feel the warmth of his breath.)
Kim Si Jin: (Whispering in their ear) Joon, I am an Alpha... and Alphas never let go of the things they desire. Remember, you belong to me now.
