Allen's jaw dropped in absolute outrage. "Tonight?!" he grumbled loudly, throwing his head back into the pillows. "Ezra, that is ridiculous! See, it's a sign that we shouldn't go. Plus I still prefer our usual routine of staying in bed and ruining you until we're both exhausted! Must we really travel all the way to Zen tonight? I don't have that strength you know."
I looked down at him, biting my lip softly, giving him my absolute best, most irresistible pouting look. I would cringe at the memory later, but for now I had to use everything I had. "Please, Allen? For me?"
Allen stared at my pouting face for three agonizing seconds before his tough facade completely crumbled into dust. He let out a defeated laugh, shaking his head hopelessly. "Fuck... you know I can never say no to you. I have no choice but to give my baby whatever he wants."
Mission accomplished.
