They also discussed about Bakugo and Midoriya, one getting 77 villain points and 0 rescue points, while the other getting 0 villain points and 60 rescue points.
It seems that the students this year are promising.

Kyoya's Mom, Sato Kaguya, Quirk: Life Force Healing, is a lawyer. Though she has an incredibly rare and sought after healing Quirk, it takes her own life force to heal herself or others. That's why she never became a Hero, and instead became a lawyer.
She sued the Truck driver and his company who destroyed their house.
And thanks to that, they got a lot of money.
Enough to buy a house in the outskirts of Tokyo! West to main Tokyo, Hosu!
So they have shifted from the countryside to Hosu for Kyoya and his father's convenience.
In fact, Kyoya's dad, Sato Kentaro is a Hero. Quirk: Speedster. It's not as powerful and fast as the name suggests, but it's enough that he managed to become a C-lister and one of the sidekicks of Ingenium.

Kyoya excitedly grinned, thinking about having an exciting Shonen life.
While in the countryside, he could use his Quirk and do all sorts of things as the law's reach isn't very good there and the population itself is very low, there wasn't really any danger, so his Sharingan remained at 1 tomoe.
'Even Sasuke achieved one-tomoe when his clan got massacred, used them for the first time fighting Haku, got two-tomoe while fighting Orochimaru, and three-tomoe when fighting Naruto to leave the village... Maybe I am wrong in some things here?
Anyway, I will go to the best High School in Japan, get friends, and since this is Shounen, be put in dangerous situation which will tug at my emotions and evolve my Sharingan!

Kaguya and Kentaro smiled as they saw their kid's determination. They always allowed him to do what he wanted, full freedom to even use his Quirk without anyone else noticing, even though Kaguya is a lawyer.
"Kyoya, it was fine in the village, but we are in a big city now. Don't use your Sharingan outside of home and school with teachers' permission. It's stupid, but it's law."

Kentaro looked proudly at his son. The one who has long since surpassed him. Even learning things from YouTube and Edgeshot's videos.
"Kyoya, I am not very talented, and I don't really have any passion towards being a hero. But being a Hero pays well, that's why I chose this profession.
But I will tell you one thing. Running away is heroic. I do it all the time. There will be many who will be way above your standard. That running away is the only thing that will save your life.
Remember that who you are a Hero for. I am a Hero for you and your mom because I don't uselessly put myself in danger due to some stupid pride or ego, and always return in one piece."
"Your dad is right. He never gave me any worries regarding that matter. So young man, always prioritize your own safety. And if there is an issue, use your Quirk without needing to ask for any stupid permission.
Always cut down the place where Quirk works from of the villains. Most people's Quirks are in their hands, and well, you can determine where they are. If your life is in danger, don't hesitate to even kill the villain. Don't hold back if it is necessary.

Both Kaguya and Kentaro weren't influenced by All-Might's punching and restraining of Villains. Their son is good at using sharp and pointy weapons, so he should make full use of it.
Killing a powerful villain and then facing some disciplinary action as a minor is way better than getting killed.
And Villains are worthless, waste of tax money in prisons. They all deserve to die according to them. There's no difference between killing a terrorist and a villain. It's just that law punishes the noble deed by calling it vigilantism.
"Of course, if you can, try to run away first if you encounter something too dangerous. Don't go directly to slashing or killing."
Kentaro gave his Hero advice.
Kyoya nodded.
Well, this path of a law defined Hero will be troublesome, but Kyoya is ready.
