The Great Mage Da Shen soon arrived in the Marquis's luxurious meeting chamber. While the Marquis remained seated, Da Shen stood, pacing slowly around the room. His hood was down, his face fully exposed, as he casually admired the space.
"And how is it going?" Marquis Sun inquired, taking a gentle sip from the golden cup in his hand.
Da Shen cleared his throat, his gaze fixed on the images of various gods carved aesthetically into the chamber walls. "It's going well. Even better, actually."
"I heard you found a new tool," Marquis Sun remarked, curiosity lacing his tone. "I'm interested to know what this new tool is all about."
Da Shen smiled. "Nothing much. Just a little fellow I picked up. I'm planning to run some experiments on him. I'm certain he will be of great importance to our cause."
