A crisp sound rang out.
Silence.
The buzzing died down immediately. The clan members looked from Bai Yu_Whose face have swollen so fast to Bai Shuo who rubbed her wrist.They were speechless.
"Don't disgust me." Her voice filled with fury and disdain rang out.
Bai Yu raised her pale face filled tears,her body trembling as she spoke .
"Sister.. Don't be angry,if you…if you..want the Foundation Establishment Pill,I will give it to you.. "
The entire place erupted into an uproar. It looked like Bai Shuo was bullying the poor and helpless girl.
Looking at her trembling figure and her tear streaked face,the male clan members were touched by her fragility and felt indignant .
However looking at Bai Shuo's figure and recalling her temper,they were not brave enough to confront the little daredevil.
A particularly "righteous" boy who have had his fair share of beating from Bai Shou stood out bravely pointing at her while spewing saliva everywhere.
"Bai Shuo,you bully,you must be jealous that Bai Yu won the pill."
Bai Shuo ignored him totally and turned to speak to her "sweet" and "innocent "sister.

The members of the younger generation shivered as if some unpleasant memories were triggered.
Bai Yu's eyes reddened. She broke into loud sobs, collapsing on her feet,her trembling worsened.
The young boy flushed red at the total disregard.
"You.. you.."
He turned to the elders and reported in a furious and indignant voice.
"Elders, Bai Shuo was unsatisfied with the result and dare to hit a fellow clan member because of her jealousy. I plead with the elders to administer her punishment."
"Yes,she's so overbearing."
"Tsk…who does she think she is?."

The elders who had been silent also felt that she had gone overboard.
It was fine if she hit and beat them up in secret or during private duels since she's stronger than them but to hit someone in front of them was a blatant disregard of their authority.
They felt she was showing them her dissatisfactions towards the result of the competition and they won't tolerate any insult to their dignity.
"Bai Shuo, do you know your mistake?"

The elder with white long beard was so infuriated that he almost vomited blood. He wanted to give her a perfunctory punishment but this stubborn mule won't even admit her mistake.
Another elder with goatee and strong build stepped out and took over,his frosty voice echoing .

The young clan members sucked in cold breaths.

Bai Shuo clenched her first, listening to the smug whisperings and comments.
Her anger rushed to her head when she noticed the subtle upward curl of Bai Yu's lips and the smug look in her eyes.

It was sudden and unexpected.
The young clan members clamped their mouth shut looking at her in fear.

The elder with goatee attacked her in rage her but was intercepted by the elder with white long beard.
He dragged her out by the ear while announcing "Her punishment is doubled."
Bai Shuo gave a backward glance at them which sent shivers down their spine and gave a disdainful snort when she caught the resentment in Bai Yu's eyes which she wasn't able to cover up in time.
The disdainful snort was particularly loud.
Tushan Lin paused in her stroking,her face stiff.
Xin xin was stunned,her mouth wide agape,she tugged at Bai Shou's furs hurriedly pulling her back from her memories.

Her reaction from her memory was projected outward because of the uncanny resemblance between Tushan Lin and the adult Bai Yu. The grownup Bai Yu was more even more devious and scheming .
Tushan Xin gave a nervous laugh and explained hurriedly. "Sister Lin, don't blame Shuo'er,she lost her memories so she doesn't have a sense of properiety, Shou'er, this is Sister Lin."
"Oh…., it's okay, I understand " Tushan Lin replied in a soft voice,her perfect and warm smile back in place .
"Sister Lin?..I guess she's older than us" Bai Shuo wondered inwardly.
"Hmph..What memory loss?A useless piece of trash like you should go back to the clan,you are not worthy to serve in the court."

"Ok,ok,ok.., no arguing alright." Tushan Lin's soft and firm voice interrupted them .
Bai Shuo narrowed her eyes at the voluptuous beauty before her.
"Tushan Hui right? She's already getting on my nerves.. No no.. I should calm down and understand my circumstances first."
"Are you guys done?" A frosty voice rang out and everywhere went silent. Even the wordy Tushan Hui kept her mouth shut.
Tushan Fei continued with a cold expression "I've already contacted the clan and we are told to wait for reinforcement before proceeding."
Bai Shuo clearly heard the sighs of relief from both Tushan Xin and Tushan Hui.
"Reinforcement?…What happened? How did I get injured? Where are we going to?" Bai Shuo couldn't hold herself back anymore.
The ladies gave her a blank look for a while before recalling about her "memory loss".
Tushan Fei didn't wait for the others to reply and directly said leaving no room for argument. "Your questions can wait later, Xin xin can fill in your missing memories but for now,we look for a safe place to wait for reinforcement."
What filling of missing memories? She had no memories of Tushan Shuo's life to begin with okay.
And that cold expression of hers is really irritating_Just like the Bai clan's signature poker and icy face.
