The moment the book touched Zorn, it transformed into a stream of light and entered his body. Immediately, a golden magic circle appeared in Zorn's left eye, and a blue magic circle in his right eye. His body was also lifted by light, suspending him in mid-air.
"Damn it, Zorn!" Laxus's body crackled with lightning. He stood in front of Cana and the villagers, his gaze heavy and his brows tightly furrowed as he looked at Zorn. "It's fine, I'm very well," an ethereal voice came from Zorn's direction. After speaking, Zorn turned his head to look at the villagers behind Laxus, who had fearful expressions.
"This is the last protection your ancient ancestors granted you." Zorn clasped his hands together, activating all the magic in his body. The magic circle restarted, and half golden, half blue magic shot into the sky. Behind Zorn, a female figure with a crown, dressed in a magnificent gown, and with flowing blue hair appeared, looking kindly at the villagers.
"This is...? Is that story true?" The old village chief was the first to react, his face filled with shock, and he immediately knelt. The villagers, seeing the chief's reverence, followed suit and knelt as well.
Zorn looked up, chanting some unintelligible ancient words. He separated his hands, and a golden-blue energy orb floated between his palms. A giant golden-blue magic circle also appeared in the sky, directly enveloping a portion of it, forming a beautiful starry sky that resonated with the magic circle on the ground.
"So beautiful," Cana murmured inadvertently.

As the magic completed, the noble figure behind Zorn slowly dissipated. Finally, as if her wish was fulfilled, she closed her eyes and vanished into the air. Zorn also slowly descended.
The moment Zorn stood on the ground, his legs gave way, and he was about to fall. Cana and Laxus immediately flashed forward, rushing to Zorn and catching him just as he was about to collapse.
"Are you alright?" Cana directly placed Zorn's head on her lap, looking at the somewhat weak Zorn with a worried expression. Laxus also stood nearby, slightly concerned, looking at Zorn, whose face was pale and whose magic was almost completely depleted. Since he had met Zorn, he had never seen him so disheveled and weak. It seemed this magic had exacted a huge toll on Zorn.
"It's nothing, just a bit of magic depletion. Haha, I miscalculated." Zorn spoke intermittently, his voice faint and hoarse, as if a gust of wind could scatter it, yet he still struggled to speak to indicate he was fine.
"Honestly, still trying to act tough," Cana complained, directly poking Zorn's head with her finger.

It requires immense magical power and a pure wish of love to have a chance of success. Fortunately, this magic circle absorbed a lot of magic from many Magicians in the past, and combined with my magic, it was barely able to be successfully cast. "Hand them over to the Council. That's their best option, isn't it, gentlemen?" Zorn smiled at the three men, who still harbored hope, and with the gentlest words, he pronounced their final fate.
The three captured men could only nod in agreement, their mouths sealed, this being their only way to express themselves.
After handing the three over to the nearest town's Council, Cana, Zorn, and Laxus boarded a train directly to Magnolia Town.
