Having bought all the dresses that Jean had wanted I had in-turn been dragged into a fashion shop where I had been the one to 'parade' outfits.
I am pretty far from tall but my physical build is also much greater than before so the difference is just that I got muscles on muscles now.
The first one we end up in has me wearing black, grey and dark blue polos.
The second shop has me wearing and buying Lurex jersey mock-neck jumper, Icon smooth velvet trousers, Patent-leather slipper loafers. I was even told to get the Cotton armure shirt, as extra. Shit was over priced but apparently it looked to good, plus I didn't really have a budget limit having not yet gone over the 40k mark.
Still it is extremely overpriced.
Third was shop had me buying more overpriced crap but at least the quality seemed better, the material softer and more comfortable, I had been convinced to get a black polo, a slim fit crew neck sweater and Incendo Pants.[1]
Thankfully Jean had calmed down a little so this time I got to pick what I wanted mainly being sets of jeans, plain shirts, and hoodies. Stores 4-6 had been my pick and she actually didn't mind what i chose which is a surprise to my horrible sense of fashion.
Jean then notice a make up store after which she spent a good hour bothering attendants with different things as I had no knowledge of it what so ever.
Now I had easily spent about 50k, jewelry not included, anyway, that was the next stop and Jean had proposed an idea that each one of us go in one at a time and pick something they think would fit the other the most.
I tried to object, but I was threatened with that stupid armor which I could no longer walk in the building with due to 'rules'.
Anyway I went first and considering the deep green dress that had been bough earlier I had mostly looked at items with emeralds and amethysts since they while at odds work oddly well.
I end up picking two pairs of bracelets, one set with a silver vines and emerald leaves, the second set was more simple having a rose gold ring holding the oddly large stones.
Now I am have a given budget around 75k left. Well not really cause I had to actually spend more... but no i totally did not spend more than several times my original budget, nu-uh.
I came out with the bag and two boxes after which Jean had went in, it took her about 30 minutes. She had told me that after we returned to Teyvat would we exchange 'presents'.
Lastly we head to an arcade which somehow Jean beats me every time there is luck involved, like damn.
"Wow, this has been an amazing trip, truly" Jean says as she turns around to look at me.
We stand before the exit doors only for me to smile and respond "It was indeed a wonderful evening spent"
"Oh, by the way, tell me how much you spent, I will have somebody return the money" Jean says now a little thoughtful.
I smile, but shake my head and remember something fun to do so I say "Wait, before we go let's try something fun".
Jean looks at me a bit confused then simply agrees to follow me as I lead her to an odd 'Asian' shop, one that even has Genshin merch and a life sized statue of Jean.
Now, you see, despite Jean's incredible beauty there has not been a single case of staff comments or other people admiring from afar. There is a reason, the same 'notice me not' magic on the card that stops the notice of us appearing/disappearing also has a crowd passive that diverts other people's attention away, a passive that can be turned of at will.
Anyway as soon as Jean sees the life sized model of herself I hear 'Eep-' for she is quite embarrassed at such a thing existing.
I next then explain how the game that i know her from was popular, and how she was also quite popular. I then make my proposal to mess with people by having Jean pose in the same pose as the model and to unveil the cards 'notice me not' effect.
At first she is against the idea, then I try to convince her but she is embarrassed so instead I blackmail her with some secrets that Barbara informed me off.
Now what happens is that Jean, in her uniform, with her sword and vision, now stands beside the copy as the 'notice me not' effect disappears.
It takes a moment but staff and customers that were around us have their eyes drawn by Jean nigh-instantly.
Soon Jean is being asked to take photos as they think she is but a cosplayer.

What happens next is glorious, a young child, about 9 years of age, realizes that Jean's sword is actual metal. Being curious and all that he tries to lift it, partially succeeds only to have it plunge 'on accident' into my leg.
Of course I cry out in pain like a normal little bitch, oh wait, no i didn't. Although my eyes did tear up I held steady not even flinching and only grunting at the pain.
The parents, customers and employees are now horrified at the situation with one woman even fainting.
Somebody quickly goes to alert security while someone else prepares to call emergency services.
Was is most immediately noticed by the other on lookers is how 'Jean' in their eyes quickly takes back the sword.
Then, to the utter shock of the people, uses her vision, which glows and summons wind, healing the wound instantly.
More so interestingly there are several people recording the incident. After my leg is healed and the blood is dropped into my warehouse space. Myself and Jean disappear into the crowed while I activate the 'notice me not'.
Thankfully, I find that we left before the guard and were able to escape. I find that Jean instead of being mad or worried is now laughing care freely even more so that prior.
Now, we find ourselves, me and Jean arriving back in Teyvat. Jean initially starts to head to the headquarters even though she is visibly tired....

She ain't doing no god damn report now, saying this I drag her to the Gunnhildr estate where she lives. She resists at first even trying to threaten me but I stay silent until we get to the gates after which she heads in, promising to show up tomorrow early to get all of the things she bought and to show what gift she picked for me.
Unknown to Jean I had left a present at the mall. Specifically a electro stone piece, one that would play 'confirmation'. Cause a panic for world leaders and to hopefully spread like wildfire on the internet.
With 4 different angles of the video and camera footage with several witness accounts, it will be truly difficult to prove and disprove the incident.
Anyways, outside of mulling over a possibly world wide panic for nations in my home world I have something else to do. Mainly go home, talk to mom, maybe use the gacha spell and sleep~
Now then, it takes me about 20 minutes to walk back to my building, after which my greatest concern was a shower and a change of clothes which was easy but expensive as I needed to buy a stone that would condense elemental power into water, and another one to heat the water, while also trying to get the perfect balance for it.
It was comparable to riding a mono-cycle on a water bridge during an earthquake.
After showering, which half the time was spent jumping out the water for it was too hot or too cold, I had more or less just dressed, I saw Cifera sleeping on my bed.
I was a bit surprised to find that she hadn't followed me and Jean even though she is usually right beside me.
She is closer to a dog than a cat in terms of loyalty and attachment. As for everything else? definitively a cat.
Pausing for a moment, I decide it is best to simply wait for mom and to use the gacha spell as a proof and a visualization of the actual process and gain of an item.
I knock on my mom's door only to hear footsteps and her slightly opening the door, seeing who was at the door. Once she saw me she looked relived and let me inside.
Entering the room I notice that is is already livelier with several potted plants and a few paintings.
What catches my eye though is my mother's appearance. She seemed far more streamline, even had an hourglass figure.
This was quite different from before, hell she even looked like a natural blonde now compared to her previously died blond.
It was a pleasant surprise, but i was a bit worried on why she seemed so careful to check the door before letting someone inside.
"Hello, Mom... you look wonderful, a lot less tired and stressed, and even more beautiful. " I say, greeting her and commenting how she seemed very different, comparable to Jean in body shape with the only difference is that her eyes were more green and her hair a more saturated gold.
"Hello Sane, glad to see you not injured and not exhausted for once" she says, her voice a gentle breeze.
"Anyway, I notice you seemed a bit scared to open the door and let me in right away, is there any reason?" I ask, a bit concerned over my mother's safety.
