Neraxis suddenly burst into violent coughing, blood pouring from his mouth, splattering the cracked street below. His laughter shattered into choking gasps.
Kael smiled.
"Neraxis… it seems like you're approaching your limits now."
A massive sphere of darkness began to form in front of Kael, dense and heavy, warping the air around it. It followed the slow movement of his fingers, swallowing light itself.
He muttered calmly,
"That's the finisher."
"Black Ball."
Neraxis' hands ignited with violent Vital Amplification, flames raging as he forced every last drop of power into defense. Sweat streamed down his face. His eyes were wide—
the madness gone.

The Black Ball crashed into Neraxis, detonating in a deafening explosion. Nearby buildings collapsed instantly, reduced to debris as a crushing shockwave ripped through the ruins. The air grew unbearably heavy, pressure sinking into the ground itself.
Smoke flooded everything.

Kael stood alone amidst the destruction, his smile fading just slightly as the dust settled.
He murmured,
