— Chapter 59: Victory Belongs to Me
Yarau rushed toward Kael, the ground shattering beneath his steps.
Their fists collided—
THUD!
Shockwaves tore through the streets as they exchanged blows. Kael caught Yarau by the throat, dragged him across the asphalt, sparks and rubble flying, then slammed him straight into a building.
THUD!
Kael muttered calmly, "This fight is over."
Yarau rose from the debris, rolling his shoulders as concrete fell from his body.
"Oi, oi—still wanna fight?" Kael added, almost amused.
Yarau surged forward again, unleashing a relentless barrage.
THUD! THUD! THUD! THUD!
Kael blocked every strike effortlessly, smiling even as the pressure mounted.
Where's Gorou? he thought.
Suddenly—
Mirror shards erupted from Kael's body.
Swish—BOOM!
The shards slashed and detonated simultaneously, pain ripping through his muscles and bones. Blood sprayed across the street as Kael staggered.
…He healed him, Kael realized. Gorou healed Neraxis while I was distracted. Woah.
Yarau slammed Kael into the ground—but Kael twisted mid-air, landing cleanly on one foot.
From behind—
THUD!
Neraxis' kick smashed into Kael's head, sliding him several inches across the street.
Kael straightened, blood dripping from his face.
"You're getting weak," he muttered coldly at Neraxis.
Neraxis' expression twisted. His hands formed a sign.
"Supreme Expansion of Space."
The air warped.
Kael's eyes flared brighter than ever.
I can see it… the collapse point.
He raised his hand.
"Supreme Expansion of Space."
Then—
Neraxis:"Fractured Eternity."
Kael:"Eclipse of Identity."
Their domains collided.
Reality screamed.
Then—CRACK!
Neraxis' supreme expansion shattered violently, swallowed whole by Kael's space.
The domain formed.
Neraxis' nose bled instantly. Blood poured from his eyes as his body trembled—
And then—
THUD!
Yarau slammed his fist into the ground.
CRACK—SHATTER!
Kael's space broke apart like shattered mirror glass.
Kael's eyes widened.
…He adapted?
Neraxis threw his head back and laughed like a maniac, his voice echoing through the ruins—
as if victory already belonged to him.
