Chapter 15
She was looking around warily and she was panicky. She never expected that she would steal the limelight the moment she appeared. That was totally unexpected and she had no idea how to get out of this.
Male and female kept toasting to her. At that moment, ava finally moved and she breathed a sigh of relief.
"sis you look dashing."
"you too." She smiled and said. Then she moved towards her ear and said in a frustrated voice that only the two of them can hear.
"I'm not coming to this kind of party again" Ava on the other hand smirked. This party is all you need. She said with a smile. Aurora on the other hand was confused. She had no idea what she meant by that but she nodded in response.
Ava signaled her partner in crime and she immediately put in a colorless pill on a glass of wine. The pill dissolved immediately and it was not obvious that something was dipped into the wine. Then she walked towards Ava and handed the wine to her. Ava stared at the wine for some time. She didn't want to hand it to her directly in case something went wrong but she had to give her the drink right now….
The man that talked to Ava before watched with a smirk. He then fished out his phone and sent a message to an unknown someone.
"your enemy is about to be ruined by her step sister."
"be specific. Which enemy?"
The guy said nothing else. He powered off his phone and threw it aside. He had already warned him. It was up to him if he wanted to help her or not. But the answer was as clear as day. He didn't even know who he was talking about.
"sis does you want to come to the dancing floor for a bit?" Ava asked hesitantly.
