My face was a little bit covered by the monster's blood which was burning me but fire didn't feel anything to me, not even the hot water did so I was just chill and started walking towards the man.
"Take this and give to the station as fast as you could." And I handed the bag to the man and he was still left confused and stunned.
"How...did you manage to fight the monster?" The nurse approached and asked, she was the one who asked for help and also made me in trouble. The man looked at her and he was having the same question.
"Are you a strong player?"
I started sweating and shooky head, "I am not strong, I just used a little bit of mind. I stand no chance against those huge monsters."
But it was making them more confused. I was tired of this and just pushed the man and said, "You just go bro, they would be waiting for us. And tell me, you are going to save them or not, if not then I am also coming on the bike and let's just leave--"
"How can you think of leaving us?!!!" But at the end, everyone started shouting only on me, "And who are you supposed to order him like this?! It's his decision, and we know, he will protect us!!!"
I ignored their scoldings and just looked at the man, and he...just smiled. He finally started walking to the bike and everyone started chasing him--
"Not you all," But he stopped, turned back and looked at me with a smile, "That kid, he is going to come with me, you all are Players and we don't even have weapons which you would have already as a Player..."
Everyone was left frozen and the man and I started walking away, "You all can survive somehow, and if we thought to save you... then we will come. But not this time. Let's go kid."
The man jumped on the bike and handed me the bag and I jumped behind him on the bike and the bike started--
But everyone started holding our legs, crying and saying, "Don't...be a monster... save us..."
The man kicked everyone aside knowing that if they kept doing that then the speed of the bike will definitely kill them. The man started the bike once again and said, "We will ask from the rider of this bike, whether to save you all or not. Till that, bye bye."
And the bike rushed and disappeared from everyone's eyes. They were left stunned, hopeless now and with emotion shouted and screamed.
"I'll curse you both!!! You both will just achieve hell and will die tomorrow!!!"
The bike stopped at the station, The Red Rider was waiting at the entrance and looked at us. The man immediately jumped out and started vomiting at a corner.
The Red Rider started sweating, "...He had motion sickness?"
But I just smiled, jumped out of the bike with the bag in my hand and handed it to The Red Rider and said, "These are the instruments, I hope all would be working well."
The Red Rider ignored the man for a while and started walking ahead and I followed him.
"Was his motion sickness the reason that you are late?" The Red Rider asked and I answered straight, "Not actually, but finding the instruments in a hospital and then waiting and thinking to save others or not took most of the time. But, are we actually late?"
The Red Rider was surprised, looked at his clock and said, "No, it has just been twenty minutes. But I just asked because my bike wouldn't take too long, so I asked."
The Red Rider handed the instruments to the doctor, then looked at me and asked, "Were there someone else in the hospital?"
"Around 20" I calculated while thinking and The Red Rider was more surprised, "You didn't choose to save them?"
"No, at the end we decided to leave the decision to you. The bike can't have everyone, so it will take some rounds at least and another fact that they were Players. But you say, what do you want, I will do if you want them to save. It will take around ten rounds to go and come, but it's on your decision."
The man also arrived, tired, exhausted and having no power to move anymore. The Red Rider looked at us and asked, "Can you both do that?"
The man sighed, he had already realized and he started walking back to the bike with a little bit of disappointment and said, "They would be outside only, so it won't take much time. I am going."
I was a little bit surprised that The Red Rider still wants to be humble, kind and still wants to help others...but maybe, it would be his nature. I had no problem with it so I started walking to the bike again and said, "I like that you are still humble, trying to help others from which we gave up...but we will just follow your orders for now until you promise to protect everyone."
The Red Rider just smiled and I sat on the back seat of the bike again. The man looked at me and asked while still down, "Why are you here again?"
"I will try to protect them, and you will take them one by one, like two to three Players once and come back, it won't take much."
The man finally smiled, looking ahead and said, "Protect to whom? To Players?" And the bike ran away and disappeared.
The man and I were back to the hospital and the man tried his best to hold his health. We both looked at side and saw, there was no one at the entrance.
"You stay at the bike, I am going to check and find them." And I jumped out of the bike and entered in the hospital once again--
But suddenly, I felt a strange smell...it was of a monster, coming from a room.
Suddenly the room door opened with screams, the doctors and nurses ran out with tears and another monster arrived walking slowly slowly, and eating a doctor's leg and she was still screaming, crying and asking for help.
