Liu Zhi was moving towards Liu Ran with extreme speed. While she was playing around with her mecha.
"Yeah… Wo…"
Liu Ran was having her fun as she raced with a fighter jet, but soon a warning signal appeared in the control panel.
She reacted quickly, making a fast roll in the sky, as the long silver blade cut right through the mecha's right arm.
"What the fuck was that?"
She quickly stabilised the mecha and turned to look in the direction from which the silver had come.
There stood a beautiful angel with six silver wings behind her back. She stared at her with an icy cold gaze, raising her silver sword.
Woosh! Woosh!
The silver angel started swinging her sword in the air, as the energy blade made up of silver energy went straight for Liu Zhi.
"Fuck You, bitch! How dare you ruin my precious mecha?"
Liu Ran roared as she stepped out from the cockpit with her blue feather fan.
She waved the blue feather fan, and all the blades coming towards her burst into sparkles. Seeing this, the silver angel quickly reacted, and she swung her silver blade at Liu Ran's neck.
Clank!
The Silver sword clashed with the blue feather fan. Using this chance, the silver angel threw a punch coated with silver energy at Liu Ran's head.
Liu Ran's body quickly reacted, turning into a ghostly entity as she sprang past the angel and appeared behind her, swinging the fan with all her strength.
Suddenly, a blizzard appeared, taking the angel with her burring her within the hundred-metre-tall mountains in the snow.
"Your fan is quite interesting, but how did a ghost like you get such a treasure? I am quite curious about it."
Just as Liu Ran took a long breath to calm herself, she heard a heavy voice filled with authority from behind.
She turned to look at the person behind her and saw a twelve-winged golden angel, wielding two long golden swords on his back, while his body was adorned in majestic golden armour.
The armour was covered in runes and ancient text, as it emitted a golden light, which made Liu Ran's ghost almost vanish; if not for her being Liu Ran, she would have already died since the man appeared behind her.
Liu Ran wanted to run away, but she found that the space around them had turned into a cage locking her within.
Bang!
The spatial prison lasted only for a few seconds before a giant man dressed in a tattered robe stood in mid-air, his pointing at the place where the golden angel had been standing before.
Liu Ran was a bit flustered by this new entity until he showed her a familiar bronze mirror.
"Yo, didn't I tell you not to cause any trouble?" Liu Zhi spoke, looking at the ghostly Liu Ran, as his finger went past her face.
"Stop it!"
Smash!
Liu Ran folded her feather fan and gave her good brother a heavy hit.
"…"
Liu Ran snatched the mirror from his hand and started checking for the spirit's location.
"Oh, she is just a few kilometres away from here, let's go and check on her."
Liu Ran dragged him with her, going to see the little spirit.
…
In an old apartment, a little baby was crying from hunger; her mother was trying to breastfeed her, but she was already like a walking skeleton. Her skin had a yellowish tone, sinking into her bones, and she coughed continuously.
At that moment, the woman smelled the aroma of ramen, which was sold by a nearby shop. She glanced outside from the window and saw the little shop extremely crowded as people were enjoying their meal.
She shrank below the window, with the little baby girl in her arms. Crying, because of hunger, or maybe because of having the little girl's stomach empty. Whatever the reason was, there was no one to hear her.
Just as she was accepting her bitter fate, a warm steam of ramen brushed against her dry skin, giving her a gentle, warm kiss.
She quickly opened her eyes and found a warm bowl of Ramen placed right in front of her. The woman was so hungry that she didn't think about how this bowl suddenly came into her room.
While the woman was devouring the ramen, Liu Ran's ghostly figure watched her from the side. She was watching them calmly as she placed clean water and powdered milk for the baby before going out from the room. No one noticed her existence as she walked out of the apartment and went to the ramen shop.
Inside the Ramen shop, a giant man was sitting with all kinds of meals available at the restaurant.
Liu Ran walked in like an invisible being and sat in front of the man while she tried to grab a bowl, as she wanted to enjoy the meal too, but she wasn't able to because, as a ghost, she couldn't savour the taste of mortal delicacies.
"Tasty~ slurp~"
While she was frustrated, Liu Zhi was enjoying his meal, with a horrifying smile on his face, which was scaring away the customers.
"Sir, can you lower your voice?" A young girl came to him and spoke timidly.
Liu Zhi gave her a glance and turned to the other customers, who were horrified by him.
"Ok, put the bill on my tab."
Liu Zhi said, gulping down all the bowl in one fell sweep, before walking out of the restaurant.
The girl wanted to ask for money, but she didn't dare to stop such a terrifying man.
Walking out of the restaurant, Liu Zhi was quite satisfied with the meal. While Liu Ran was walking behind, sulking.
"What are you depressed about?" Liu Zhi asked, looking at her ghostly figure, which was wavering with the wind.
"This simulation is Trash, there is nothing fun, I can't even enjoy the food." Liu Ran complained, floating lightly behind him.
"Don't worry, we can easily brush past 100 years, and next time we can choose a better world."
"Hm…" Liu Ran nodded as their figure vanished with darkness of the night.
