KAIZA'S POV :-
I was at the entrance of the house, memories of this house was revolving all around my head, I controlled all of it and went inside.
I smacked the door open and that asshole was sitting on the couch in the hall, i went closer looking in his eyes.
"Don't even try it, I know all your strategies, I won't give you what is mine and my dad's and we are rivals don't drag others in this mess." I said as I was in so much anger I didn't even cared that he's my mother's husband.
"Why are you here? Let us live our lives, just leave him and our family alone! And give us what we want." My mother said coming from the upstairs.
"What? Seriously? You're the one who's making my life hell, you still have ability to say this to me. Have some shame! Only if YOU didn't gave me birth, I would've done something you can't even think about" I said as I scoffed.
What is this nonsense, they are litteraly doing everything to take every single thing that I love from me.
I was strong last time, and l will stay strong! To save my dad's worth, respect and everything they want from me.
"Huh! So you know what, just give us what we want I'll leave you alone." Loris said moving towards me.
"You are still expecting me to give you what's mine? My foot. You really are an asshole" I turned back and went out as I said.
I went to the car, those flashbacks were so strong, I don't want to think about past anymore but these people...I stayed in the car for a few minutes that was parked at a distance from the house.
I headed back to the hospital.
ASTHERIEN'S POV :-
When I woke up, I was in the hospital, I don't remember much about it. I looked at the clock it was 4 in the morning. My dad and mom was outside the room.
"You're awake! You are lucky to have a husband like him. He saved you, your condition could have gotten worse." The nurse giving me the medicines said.
"No-no he's not my husband, btw, he saved me?!" I said in confusion.
"Yes, and sorry I misunderstood." The nurse said.
"Hmm" I muttered.
He saved me? Why? From what? What happened? He came inside, as he saw me awake.
"Are you okay? How're you feeling?" My dad asked.
"I'm fine, but what happend? Why am I here?"I asked.
"Long story... we'll tell you once we get home!" My dad answered.
(After a few hours)
Dad was down the floor to get the prescriptions, mom was at home packing some essentials as I needed to stay here for one more day. Only we were in the room.
The scilence felt awkward, as we both weren't talking to each other.
"Why did you saved me? I thought you didn't like me?" I asked breaking the scilence.
"....well, you are safe, you don't need to know that!!" He answered.
"Okay" I nodded in frustration. "What actually happened? Why I'm in a hospital?" I asked another question.
"Didn't you heard what your dad said earlier, be patient!" He said.
"What about the wedding, it was supposed to be today!" I asked.
"Stop askin-" he was about to say something and i cutted in between.
"Atleast answer this question!" I said looking at him in frustration.
"Okay fine, it's been postponed to next month." He said.
He clearly was annoyed, anyways I'm happy that I'm going to be a single for another one month.
KAIZA'S POV :-
she's such a chatterbox, I missed this side of her, cute, annoying, she's adorable.This reminds me of those old days. She wasn't talking to me now, she was upset from my behaviour, well, let her be. I can't do anything even if I want to.
"Atleast give me my phone!" She said.
"Just rest" I ordered.
"Who are you to order ME?!" she said furiously.
"Your Future Husband!!"I said with a straight face.
"Uh...still you can't control me!!" She said uttering.
"You're not gonna use your phone, neither I'm planning to give it to you. Just-Rest." i ordered.
"ASSHOLE!!" She cursed.
In the middle of our conversation, doctor came for the check up. I went out to buy some fruits.
In the grocery store, I saw a teen couple hanging out, having fun. I saw us in them, it reminded me of our teenage years when we used to care for each other, hang out with each other.
But, my responsibilities and the situation took all my teenage fun. But it made me more mature, strong, emotionally stable. Even when I wanted to have a normal life but the destiny had some different plans.
(In midnight)
Mr. And Mrs. Floris went home after the visiting time, I was with her as patient attendent, around midnight- i couldn't sleep, when finally I felt sleepy I heard her sobbing, I went to her bed, she was sobbing, she might be having a horrible dream she was muttering something.
"Mom! Dad! Don't leave me, please, where are you going? Please...don't...leave..me" she muttered.
I knew what was she dreaming about. I couldn't do anything. I wanted to give her a hug but couldn't. Instead i patted her head and wipped her tears.
Before I could remove my hand from her cheeks she held it.
"Please don't go...not until I fell asleep." She requested.
This was the first time she talked to me this way after all these 5 years. I moved her pillow a little and sat there, she was still holding my hand.
She fell asleep, I didn't realise when I was also asleep sitting on the side of her bed, holding her hand with one and patting her head with other.
This chapter ends here. I'm trying my best to make this even more interesting and engaging. As a young artist I'm trying my best to give you a better chapter each time. Thank you for giving your precious time reading my novel.😊
