Chapter 30: Depths of the Abyss — The Arrival of Azrazel 🌑🔥⚔️
The golden glow of Heaven was now a distant memory. The Seven Guardians stood at the edge of a bottomless pit known as the 'Gateway to Oblivion.'
🌑 Landing in the Abyss (A Rocky Start)
As they dived into the darkness, they didn't land on a smooth floor but crashed onto a rugged plain made entirely of fossilized bones. The air reeked of sulfur and rotten eggs.
Ryun: (Pinching his nose) "Are you serious? Does nobody use air freshener in the Abyss? This smell is officially worse than Kael's socks!"
Kael (⚡): "Hey! My socks are 'Limited Edition,' Ryun! They're supposed to smell like... victory."
Gojung (🌑): (Becoming serious) "Stop joking. Activate your Auras. The atmosphere here will try to drain your energy if you leave yourselves unguarded."
👹 Azrazel: The Conductor of Screams
Suddenly, a heavy silence fell over the plains. High above, on a throne made of jagged obsidian, sat a massive figure. He had four sweeping horns, and tattered bat-like wings sprouted from his back. In his hands was a harp, but its strings were made of rusted iron chains.
This was Azrazel.
He plucked a single string, and a sound so agonizing echoed through the air that Ryun had to cover his ears to keep them from bleeding.
Azrazel: "Ah... Heaven's lapdogs have arrived? And look, they've brought a 'Void Seed' carrier with them. What a delightful feast this will be!"
⚔️ The Chaos Begins
Azrazel flicked his fingers, and hundreds of shadow-fiends crawled out from the bone-covered ground.
Akira & Kael (🍃⚡): Akira summoned a massive cyclone while Kael infused it with his lightning. The 'Electric Tornado' turned half the shadow-fiends into ash instantly.
Minho (🌿): "My turn! Anti-Demon Spray... ACTIVATE!" Minho released a cloud of bright pink mist. The lesser demons started coughing and sneezing, but Azrazel only laughed.
Azrazel: "Childish!" He hurled a ball of black fire directly at Ryun.
🌑 Ryun's Awakening
Ryun was shaking with fear, but as the fireball closed in, his left eye (the Void Eye) began to spin rapidly. Without thinking, he thrust his sword forward.
Instead of burning him, Azrazel's fire was 'absorbed' into Ryun's blade, turning the steel a terrifying shade of violet.
Ryun: (Staring at his hands) "Wait... I didn't mean to do that! I mean, I did it, but... how?!"
Azrazel: (Standing up from his throne) "Boy, you have no idea what you carry. That 'Void Seed' isn't a disease... it's the oldest weapon in the universe. And I'm going to rip it right out of your chest!"
😱 The Cliffhanger (The Twist)
As Azrazel lunged toward Ryun, Gojung stepped in, raising his 'Dark Shield' to block the strike. But Azrazel didn't attack again. Instead, he leaned in and whispered something into Gojung's ear that made the leader's face turn pale.
Azrazel: "Did you ever tell him, Gojung? Did you tell him what happens to his friends when that 'Seed' finally blooms?"

"What is Gojung hiding?
Is Ryun's power actually a ticking time bomb for those he loves?
