PK leaned back slightly, fingers interlocked, eyes scanning the room.
The early victory meant nothing if the foundation cracked.
He turned to Dustin first.
"This growth is only the beginning," PK said evenly. "User load will multiply once we roll out additional features. I don't want excuses about lag, downtime, or delays."
Dustin straightened immediately.
"Set up servers far from the public eye," PK continued. "Multiple regions. Redundancy across locations. Primary, secondary, and backup layers. If one fails, users shouldn't even notice."
He paused, letting the weight of his words settle.
"And keep it confidential. No unnecessary vendors. No loose mouths. This infrastructure is the backbone of everything that follows."
Dustin nodded without hesitation. "I'll handle it personally."
PK turned his gaze to the investment team head.
"Rick."
Rick met his eyes, alert.
"I'll provide whatever capital you require," PK said calmly. "Your task is simple—accumulate influence quietly."
Rick waited, knowing better than to interrupt.
"Acquire stakes wherever possible," PK continued. "Facebook. Twitter. YouTube. Google. Any opening you see—take it. Minority or majority doesn't matter yet. Presence does."
A few team members exchanged glances.
"And gaming," PK added. "Krafton. Tencent. Gaming is not entertainment—it's engagement. Long-term retention. Cultural reach."
Rick exhaled slowly, then nodded. "Understood. If I spot instability in any top-tier company—"
"Inform me immediately," PK said. "If they're falling, we buy. If they're resisting, we wait."
He shifted his attention to the development wing.
"Now," PK said, voice steady, "the image-sharing platform."
The room quieted.
"What's the status on the app I asked you to build?"
The team lead stood. "First phase will be ready within two weeks. Core posting, feeds, profiles. Clean and lightweight."
"Good," PK replied. "Remember—no clutter. No unnecessary features. People don't want complexity. They want habit."
He stood up, signaling the end of the meeting.
"This app was step one," PK said, eyes sharp.
"Everything else is positioning."
No grand declarations.
No dramatic promises.
But everyone in that room understood one thing clearly—
PK wasn't building products.
He was building an empire.
And this was only the beginning.
