Cyrus is currently heading towards the hoenn council with a laptop in hand with his plans for a international task force with Steven walking ahead of him and they stop at the door
Steven: a word of advice Cyrus when your in this room you need to be like you are on the battle field Cold but ambitious these people will try to find any weak point and if they find one they will not stop hitting it until it cracks and if they do that there goes your entire plan
Cyrus: Okay Steven I might be new but I already pitched this idea to Agatha and Lance 2 of the strongest trainers in the world so these suits aren't anything compared to Agatha who feels like a ghost herself due to her aura and then theirs lance one of the only men to ever unlock Dragon aura so these suits are like a caterpie compared to me let alone them
Steven thinks: now I notice he's basically been conditioned by 2 of the strongest in the world on accident and his aura is different has he also awaken a form of aura? If he did it's most likely fire because he does seem to give off more heat than most I wonder when he did it?
Steven: Cyrus have you unlocked aura?
Cyrus doesn't show it but he's shocked because he just learned about it recently due to his body warming up more than usually and a ridiculous resistance to the cold and a conformation from his Pokémon and it was awakened during his fight with Bruno
Cyrus: I have it awakened during my fight with Bruno and ever since then it has grown a really fast pace to the point where I can use it to empower my Pokémon and as sensing of sorts kind like thermal camera
Steven: I would retract it or you might scare all them before you even begin like I do with my steel aura
Cyrus pushes the doors open with steven walking in by his side and meets the eyes of all 4 members of the hoenn elite 4 Sidney, Drake, Phoebe, and Glacia plus a bunch of suits
Cyrus knows Steven and any of the elite 4 don't oppose this considering they helped make it but now he's got to convince the old men holding onto power for the shake of their "legacy"
Cyrus: hello elite 4 members and council members I'll be presenting a plan for international plan for corporation between all of our regions including sinnoh eventually and the reason why we need this is because Evil teams like team rocket in Indigo, Team magma and aqua here in hoenn and team Galactic in sinnoh they don't respect regional boundaries like we do so we need to be able to respond immediately to any of the evil teams.
Steven: what would be the benefits for all sides?
Cyrus: all regions would open up communication lines allowing for instant communication and all regions will open the door to resource trading and allow for people from other regions to come to each region easier
Council men 1: that would make it easier for evil teams to enter regions would it not?
Cyrus: it would but that's if I wasn't planning on systematically destroying the evil teams
All the people eyes widen including the Steven and the elite 4
Cyrus: it will be very hard but with me and all the leagues behind this It will be done and since I'm here I'll help with Magma and Aqua which compared to Rocket and Galactic they are easier but not by much
Drake: why do you say their easier?!
Cyrus: because their only in 1 regions while Team Galactic has footholds here and in indigo and Team rocket has access to all regions via their own footholds we are lucky they haven't begin to work together because if they did their would be no stopping them
the whole entire is just in silent agreement with him on the evil teams issue
All the council men agree with proposal plus the elite 4 and steven approval it went through without a hitch
-1 hour later-
Cyrus had to help develop the plans to full scale to adapt to each leagues needs but with stevens help it wasn't much of a problem
Cyrus: thank you for helping steven it would have been a lot more difficult if not for you
Steven was about to respond when news from Indigo appears on the TV
News anchor: Lance the dragon type elite 4 has challenged Pryce for the title of champion who will win the Man who never yields or the man who turned into Island in ice the match will take place in 3 days and we will stream so have a good afternoon
Stevens eyes widen in absolute shock
Steven thinks: that's why he said it didn't matter he had this planned with Lance from the beginning so he could push through this proposal with Lances help It's GENIUS!
Steven turns to look at Cyrus and sees him smiling like he just saw the best thing in the world
Cyrus: Phase 1 has began now it's up to lance to deal the finishing blow
Steven: so this was the plan I got to admit it's genius so how many more do you got?
Cyrus smirks and holds up 2 fingers
Steven: let me know if I can help in anyway
Cyrus: Actual you can do you know of Sylph Co?
Steven: yes I do it's my companies biggest rival so what do you got planned for the company
Cyrus sees the ruthlessness in Stevens eyes he realizes that he brought out stevens specialty
Cyrus: I would like to take it over but I got a better Idea once I get my hands on sylph Co I say we combine the companies It would allow me to have Financial backing and access to all new tech and it would allow you to be the biggest company in all the regions and dominant the market
Cyrus can basically see the ambition in stevens eyes the ambition of being the best
Steven nods and grins and he holds out his hand and Cyrus shakes it
Steven: Once you have sylph Co I'll have a contract sent you with the condition for the merger
Cyrus nods and they talk for about 30 min until drake walks in
Drake: we found team Magma
Cyrus stands up
Cyrus: lead the way drake
Cyrus walks outside and releases CinderWing his Charizard and Drake releases his Salamance and they fly off and in about 10 mins they arrive at mount Chimney to see a bunch of grunts and the boss Maxie
Maxie: you finally found us drake and your Cyrus of the Indigo intriguing that Indigo would send one of their elite 4 members for such a thing as regional corporation considering Pryce dismissed it years ago
Cyrus lands along side drake in front of all the grunts
Cyrus: well Maxie it's nice to meet you in person how's your deal with team rocket going?
Maxie didn't blink an eye and responded
Maxie: very well but regardless you won't be able to stop us grunts kill them
Maxie releases his Camerupt and all the grunts release ether mightyena or numel
Cyrus: CinderWing Activate Blaze then Fire Pledge
CinderWing roars to life and becomes bright orange and he smashes his claw against the ground causing Fire to erupt from the ground striking down several Pokémon in the process and it being level 70 one shots all of those Pokémon hit by the Fire Pledge
Drake; Salamance finish the rest
Salamance Charges towards the rest of the grunt Pokémon
Cyrus: CinderWing use Scorching sands on Camerupt
CinderWing kicks up dirt from the ground and uses a flamethrower causing the sands to be Scorching hot and the hat hits Camerupt and causes Camerupt some pain but what Maxie didn't know was that CinderWing didn't need Cyrus to think Strategically and he follows up with a dragon pulse hitting Camerupt hard effective cutting it down to 1/4 of its HP
Maxie: use rockslide
Cyrus: dodge then use solar beam
CinderWing fly's through the rocks but a bunch hit's him causing massive damage but not knocking him out and finally powers up solar beam and fires it hitting Maxie's Camerupt knocking it out
Maxie: this is unfortunate but doesn't matter I have found out what I needed
Maxie returns Camerupt and releases a Alakazam
Cyrus: CinderWing Stop him with Fire Blast
Fire Blast Fires off hitting where Maxie was suppose to be but is no longer because of teleport
Cyrus thinks: Dammit he got away I swear why does this happen here it's only suppose to happen in fiction
Cyrus looks around seeing Drake with Sidney who recently shown up with a bunch of ace trainers rounding up members of team magma including Admins Tabitha and Courtney
-1 hour later debrief-
Steven: it's fine Cyrus these are our problems and the fact you got 2 admins and a lot is a really good thing for us and for your reputation
Cyrus: Maxie has more to do he said he got what he needed and I have no clue what it possible could've been
Steven: we believe he's after the legendary groudon and team aqua has something similar but their after kyogre
Cyrus: so Maxie found what he needed maybe the location groudon or a way to awaken groudon
Steven: that is a possibility
Cyrus sighs
Cyrus thinks: why does everyone evil leader get away like in TV shows like them saying it's not the last you see of me before going up in a cloud of smoke
