since last chapter Cyrus and the other Elite 4 has had to deal with the media such as the defeat of Bruno and the reveal of a brand new Fire-Type Pokémon in the form of Armarouge but now Cyrus is meeting new problems
-1 week later-
Cyrus has been working on setting up his political scene
Cyrus thinks: I should work on International cooperation because I know Evil teams aren't stuck in one region such as team rocket because if all regions could coordinate but the problem is Pryce he's frozen in his ways unwilling to compromise he even blew up the Sinnoh negotiation years ago and this where I can put my meta-knowledge because I know what happens and also the eventually earth breaking discoveries that I'm gonna release like Mega-Evo's and Fairy types but first I need Financial support maybe Sylph Co.?
(continue his thoughts) I should put all other plans on hold for now because Sylph Co is priority 1 even through it's under Team rockets umbrella but if they cause problems for me they will be turned to Ashes faster than I am going to do
Cyrus walks out of his office to put the plan to obtain Sylph Co in motion and his plan for regional cooperation but first he needs to talk to Agatha and Lance
-2 hours later-
Lance and Agatha walk into the meeting room to be met with Cyrus and Armarouge hanging out
Lance: where's Pryce and Lorelei?
Lance even though he dislikes both just Asks out of curiosity
Cyrus: both aren't needed or trusted for this conversation
Agatha: you have a proposal boy I can feel it so just talk
Cyrus slightly smirks at her Straight forward behavior
Cyrus: You 2 I need your support for 3 things and these aren't small things so don't interrupt me unless what I say is wrong
Both elite 4 members nod in agreement
Cyrus: I need your support for the regional corporation because all the evil teams are just being let roam because they aren't limited in region like we are so like team rocket they can go to hoenn or sinnoh if they wished to do so to escape are authorities so for them we need regional corporation to bury these teams into the ground
Agatha: I can tell you 1 thing Pryce won't agree because probably as you know he blew up something like that years ago with sinnoh
Cyrus: I know this and this where my 2rd proposal takes place so Lance I know your eyeing the champion position I will be on your side regardless but I need your help with 1 thing
Lance: what would that be Cyrus?
Cyrus: I need your help taking sylph co from Team rocket
this causes a pause in the room
Lance looks shocked by the information given by the way his eyes widen slightly and Agatha smile goes to a frown
Lance: how do you know Team rocket has Sylph Co?
Cyrus: judging on the fact that Team rocket made mewtwo and no one else in the region has the technology to make a Pokémon for example Porygon it was made Sylph Co scientists and their Finances are not normal they don't add up in any form
Agatha: any Idea who the boss is?
Cyrus: Giovanni is the leader of team rocket
Cyrus lays down pictures of Giovanni speaking and commanding grunts
Agatha: the league has tried to find out who it was for the last decade even Red never even got a look at him only admins and he was our main person for taking on Team rocket
Lance: Okay I'll support you for taking over sylph co when I become Champion and I plan on Challenging Pryce in 2 weeks time
Cyrus: Okay let's hope Pryce doesn't send me anywhere in that time(foreshadowing;])
-1 week later-
Cyrus has been working on infiltrating sylph Co's Higher management by buying up stock and influencing board members and now Pryce has called him to meet
Pryce: Cyrus as your first assignment I'm sending you to Hoenn for relationships between our regions
Cyrus: Yes Sir
Cyrus Thinks: just what I didn't want to happen
Cyrus: when do I take off?
Pryce: you'll take off tomorrow morning on boat
-next day-
Cyrus is now in hoenn
Cyrus touches down in hoenn to be met with no one
Cyrus thinks: what hell is the game Pryce is playing is this to try and humiliate me? or cause controversy
Cyrus walks around for a while around Slate port city and eventually meets by accident Sidney of the elite 4 of hoenn
Sidney: nice to meet you Cyrus I'm Sidney
Cyrus: hello Elite Sidney
Sidney: non of that crap kid I've been in elite 4 a long time too long to care about titles but why weren't the hoenn league aware of another elite coming here?
Cyrus thinks: dammit Pryce he wants me to cause an incident but unfortunate for him not happening
Cyrus: I have no clue I was told by my champion to come here for relationships between regions
Sidney's eyes darken as if he discovered what just happened and is not happy
Sidney: sorry that their isn't more of an entourage to greet you we weren't aware of your arrival so come with me to the offices and meet the rest of us
During their conversation people started to notice Sidney and who he was talking too and news reporters start to show up
Reporter: Elite Cyrus what is your purpose of being here
Cyrus: I'm here to strengthen the bonds between our regions so that we may corporate on taking down the evil teams such as team rocket and as everyone knows these people are locked to 1 region so corporation between us will help eradicate these teams from existence
Reporter: will this be happening soon?!
Cyrus: maybe it depends on both councils and champions willingness
Sidney: okay people give him some breathing room and Cyrus let's get going
Cyrus nods and releases his Charizard and Sidney releases Honchkrow and fly towards the elite 4 base
-30 minutes later-
They touch down in front of the base and walk in to be met with Steven stone the champion of the Hoenn region
Steven: Hello Cyrus I'm sorry we didn't know you were coming
Cyrus: it's fine but I appreciate the apology
Steven: so i saw your thought process so may we talk in private
Cyrus nods and both men walk into Stevens office
Steven: please speak your mind
Cyrus: Okay so you saw the news and what I want between regions and for that to happen I would like to present the Idea to your council and you tomorrow for regional corporation
Steven: does your champion approve of this action
Cyrus: No but it won't matter
Steven: Okay that good but let's stop with the politics and talk Pokémon particularly about your Armarouge it's a Psychic type and Fire type how did you find him?
Cyrus: I found him when I was 10 he was not Evolved yet his pre-evo is called Charcadet a pure fire Pokémon I found him near the orphanage I was living in at the time and at the time he was already showing psychic abilities by communicating with me that's why you'll see me with Amaterasu out all the time is because he's just as smart as me if not smarter so more often than not you'll see me and Amaterasu just looking at each communicating through a link built off of Psychic energy
Steven: Intriguing such a fine control of psychic power for Amaterasu is unique because my metagross can do that but doesn't do it often and also he's to big just to be sitting around while your Armarouge is about the size of a human but anyways let's go into finer detail for what your introducing tomorrow
they spend the next 2 hours and with members of the elite 4 joining in to help because they see the benefit of such a plan so they want this to go through as much as Cyrus does and after Cyrus heads out to see if theirs any new Pokémon he can catch beyond his torkoal he has no Pokémon from hoenn
