Chapter 74 - Sneaking Glances

"He didn't say anything about why." said Xavius respectfully. In ancient times, he was the chief magical researcher for Queen Azshara. For the beloved queen, he even studied how to harness the immense power of the Well of Eternity to create arcane bombs, aiming to eliminate all inferior races to the night elves! Let the world be engulfed in fire; in that fire, Queen Azshara would lead them to stand at the pinnacle of the world, a world that only had the night elves as a race.

Back then, the Light of Lights was so captivating, that self-important aura deeply influenced all the night elf nobility. Now transformed into the Naga queen, her temperament has changed. From confident and proud to resentful and venomous, it is hard to imagine this is the same person.

"Then this matter is entrusted to you, Xavius, don't let me down," Queen Azshara said with a glance at her former subordinate; now, both served N'Zoth. No, one could say she was slightly better, just collaborating with N'Zoth. Well, psychologically, that's what she thought. Regardless, her proud character had never changed.

"At your command, Your Majesty," Xavius now is the King of Nightmares, was corrupting the Emerald Dream; dreams will also resonate with reality. Meanwhile, the plants begin to decay and rot, animals go mad, and the intangible resonance gradually drives people mad, wilting, and falling.

Once serving Queen Azshara, then briefly pledging loyalty to the Burning Legion, now his master is the ancient god N'Zoth, sealed beneath the Endless Sea. One could say he's akin to a servant bound by fate, but without the strength and charisma typical of such a servant.

On the other side, on the summit of Mount Hyjal, a herd of deer was startled by a sudden surge of magical energy, and with a push from their hind legs, they dashed away, covering a hundred meters in the blink of an eye. Under the influence of the Well of Eternity, even ordinary creatures have become stronger and more perceptive.

Elisande and Arthas tumbled out of a teleportation circle, with Arthas unfortunately pinned beneath Elisande, his head buried deep in her ample breasts, making it somewhat hard to breathe. Every breath he took was filled with a unique floral fragrance, causing a reaction in him.

"Pervert!" Elisande sensed something pressing against her, quickly scrambled up, cursing under her breath.

Arthas smacked his lips in reflection and innocently said, "It's not my fault; who told you to be so beautiful with such an alluring figure? I'm a man, of course, I will react. It's not a disrespect to you, but rather a recognition and respect for your charm!"

Elisande is no young maiden; although she felt pleased by the man's compliment deep down, she maintained a stiff exterior, "Let's go, they will catch up soon."

"No more magic?" Arthas asked, watching the hurriedly sprinting sorceress; he couldn't outrun her with his shorter legs.

"Magic can be tracked; are you an idiot about magical knowledge?" Elisande looked at Arthas as if he were a fool, and added, "Oh, you can't even use magic, no wonder. Heh, let's go, if you don't want to die, hurry up. If you get caught again, I can't say what that Light of Lights will do to you." Once a queen, now an enemy, Elisande could not speak of respect for Azshara.

Especially since all the events from back then were orchestrated by Azshara, she was the one who lured the Burning Legion, the true culprit, hence respect was out of the question.

As the two wandered through the jungle, Elisande occasionally pulled Arthas into the bushes as some hunters flew overhead, seemingly on patrol or surveillance. They hid and didn't move far.

"This is the place; come in," Elisande said, parting some bushes, revealing a small cave that appeared to have been dug out by some wild boar, requiring crawling to enter. Arthas appreciated Elisande's crawling figure from behind; due to her skirt, it prominently displayed most of her violet-hued rear, with a hint of a cleft showing, leading to a mesmerizing feminine allure. The enticing sight made his blood boil, feeling something was about to burst forth from his nose. Quickly, he used holy light to calm his agitated body, crawling in behind her. After about fifty meters of crawling, they entered a spacious hall, illuminated by a faint gem glow. Relying on this unknown gemstone, the entire space appeared bright.

Elisande approached a wardrobe and pulled out a tight-fitting outfit, "Turn around, don't look!" Arthas pretended to turn but kept sneaking glances. He watched as Elisande slowly took off her mage robes, which were now covered in leaves and dirt.

She was completely bare, with no undergarments at all; such attire was rather lewd! Were all night elves so promiscuous? Not really; female mages usually don't wear underwear, not because of lewdness, but to minimize bodily constraints, allowing them to be more in tune with arcane energy, elevating their perception of their surroundings.

Besides, the discomfort from wearing undergarments is considerable; the feeling of not wearing a bra is truly liberating. Her round, full, and perky bottom had a curve that made one wish to smack it. It appeared plump, yet in perfect shape, outlining enticing curves.

Below were her long, beautiful legs; her thighs were sturdy and curvy, while her calves were slender and athletic, presenting an extreme aesthetic appeal. Her bare, delicate feet adorned with purple nail polish looked soft. Elisande moved quickly, putting on her underwear, then her bra, before tossing a tight-fitting outfit onto the carpet.

"Have you looked enough?"

"Thank you, you're very beautiful and charming," Arthas replied without flushing or skipping a beat, showing no awkwardness at being discovered. As long as I'm not awkward, it's the others who are awkward!

Seeing Arthas's expression, Elisande sneered, "You're the most shameless human I've ever met; you really are a filthy male! Now stop fantasizing about me in your head; we need to talk business!"
