It was an ordinary weekend, or so I thought.
Leon had told me we were going out for a simple dinner just the two of us to relax after a long week. I didn't suspect anything. He acted completely normal, like it was just another night. But little did I know, he had been planning everything for weeks.
We arrived at a beautiful rooftop restaurant overlooking the city. The view was breathtaking golden lights shimmering across the skyline, soft music playing in the background, and the evening breeze gently brushing my face. He had booked the entire space. Just for us.

I froze — heart racing, hands covering my mouth in shock. Tears filled my eyes, not from surprise, but from the overwhelming wave of love I felt in that moment.
*"Yes," I whispered. Then louder "Yes!"*
Everyone clapped — the waiters, the violinist who started playing our favorite song, even the strangers who had stopped to watch from nearby balconies.
That night, I didn't just say yes to Leon.
