Kaitlyn: The starsail convoy traveled through the Tempest Eye. The course was rough, as they were heading towards the very center of which, something that had never been seen before; not by man, nor alien, nor deity. She leaned on the rail, stargazing at all of the galaxies, lightning, and everything that existed within the storm, outside of the timelines. The realities that existed here were not just copies of each other, or alternate realities like in all the timelines, but it was the true reality; the prime timeline. Everything seemed so small from where she stood. Viktor and Maverick walked up to her, joining her on the rail. "To think that whichever one of these galaxies is the Milky Way, is where my true self is."
Maverick: "It amazes me how I feel so unique, but I'm essentially a direct clone of another me."
Viktor: "Everyone is unique in their own way, regardless of timelines. And I also located the prime milky way hours ago."
Kaitlyn: "YOU WHAT??" She flashed her head to look towards Viktor, dumbfounded by the fact he just so randomly spoke.
Maverick: "Where??" He said, shocked.
Viktor: "Just wait a few seconds, look over there." He pointed to a large cloud that seemed to be blocking something. For a few seconds nothing happened, then they saw it. A massive galaxy came into few after the cloud passed. The galaxy had massive ring-like structures embedded in it, which moved like the rings of a Throne angel. "Humanity conquered their galaxy in this reality a million years ago, they got a massive head start over us, that's for sure."
Maverick: "So what nation conquered the galaxy? America, Britain, Russia? Or did they unify?"
Viktor: "Technically America, but technically unified."
Kaitlyn: "What do you mean..?
Viktor: "After they had World War 3, America, the European Union, and other states unified under the Dominion of Earth for global stability. Fast forward millions of years and only twelve rebellions, they renamed to the Dominion of the Ophanim, based on their iconic rings called the Rings of Uriel."
Maverick: "Oh god.."
Viktor: "The best part yet is that they have conquered other galaxies. So a lot of the galaxies we've passed belong to them."
Kaitlyn: She began to think to herself. The Dominion of the Ophanim reminded her of Xavier, giving her an idea. "Do you think this is where Xavier could've originated?"
Maverick: "Maybe..what makes you think that..?"
Kaitlyn: "Well think about it. The Dominion of the Ophanim is clearly hyper advanced. Then just look at Xavier. He stood up against the Sculptor and survived!"
Viktor: "Well that doesn't mean he won! Like he could've been defeated but the Sculptor spared him!"
Kaitlyn: "Why would he spare Xavier?! He's the greatest threat to the Sculptor ever!"
Viktor: "How am I supposed to know?! We're talking deities here! Beings who control the laws of the universe!"
Kaitlyn: "You have 23 PHDS! AND YOUR 17! I'd expect you to know some things!"
Viktor: "PHD's aren't so hard to get anymore! 20 PHDS is about as hard as a 5.0 GPA! The last time a PHD was hard was a hundred years ago in 2027! Besides, you have ZERO PHDS and you're 16!"
Kaitlyn: "Fine, whatever." She stared back out into space after the argument, admiring the view. Suddenly a massive ship began to approach them. On its side it read 'Oblivion'. "Uhh..what is that??"
Knight: "Ophanim dreadnought incoming!"
Kaitlyn: "Dreadnought?? What's a dreadnought!?"
Maverick: "It's a common term that means we're about to get our asses kicked." The dreadnought cut off the convoy, forcing it to grind to a halt. As the dreadnought slowed down, several smaller cruisers began to surround the convoy.
Kaitlyn: "That thing is huge.." She stared in awe at the sheer size of the Oblivion. It was at least 10 miles long. As the cruisers encircled the convoy, hyper advanced soldiers emerged from the ships, bearing appearances similar to eagles. A general, clearly, jumped down onto the large starsail. As Kaitlyn and the others backed up, a couple knights charged at the general to confront them.
Vhal: "Kaitlyn. We have been expecting you." His hair was ragged brown and he wielded a large pulse rifle with a blade on its barrel. "I am Seraphon Vhal Koryn of the Dominion of the Ophanim. We detected your arrival in a future time period years ago."
Kaitlyn: "What..how- nevermind. We need to get going. We have somewhere to be."
Vhal: "Sorry, but no can do. You have something special about you, some sort of divine energy from the gods, whether you realized it or not. The Dominion plans to weaponize it."
Kaitlyn: "What!? You cannot weaponize me!"
Vhal: "You've got no choice, kid." He pointed to a knight, holding their spear. "Vaporize him." A shot rang out from one of the Ophanim soldiers, hitting the knight and disintegrating him instantly. "We can do this the easy way or the hard way."
Kaitlyn: "And those are..?"
Vhal: "Easy way is we take you and your convoy can be on its way. Hard way is we kill everyone except you then take you. What will it be?"
Kaitlyn: She chuckled slightly, looking back at Maverick, with a smile on her face. "These idiots."
Maverick: He smiled back, chuckling. "Show 'em how it's done Kaitlyn."
Kaitlyn: As she turned back, wind and energy began to draw from everything around them, pulled into pink energy in her hand. The gas around them began to disintegrate into nothingness, pulled into her hand. Suddenly her pink energy scythe formed in hand, with its ruby base. "If I ever so felt like it, I could vaporize everyone here in an instant."
Vhal: "Do it. You won't."
Kaitlyn: She swung her scythe in a nanosecond, hurreling a wave of pink energy at Vhal. He managed to duck under it. As the energy struck the Oblivion dreadnought, it tore through it like paper. The dreadnought crumbled in 2 pieces, both halves beginning to fall away from each other. "Say that again."
Vhal: "Kill them!" His men began to open fire, quickly taking out almost the entirety of the convoy.
Kaitlyn: Her and Maverick began to fire back waves of energy, taking out most of the Ophanim soldiers. The last 7 knights remaining, 5 of which on the large starsail, threw their spears, taking out the rest of the soldiers. As the Ophanim cruisers began to retreat, Kaitlyn helped the last 2 knights get onto the starsail.
Vhal: "I'll have your head!" He hopped on a cruiser as it headed away.
Maverick: "Now what?? We're down to one starsail and 7 men, excluding us. How will we make it to the center of the Tempest Eye?1"
Viktor: "We will have to avoid Ophanim-controlled regions, they'll be after us." A knight hopped on the steering wheel, piloting the starsail through the wrecks of the dreadnought and continuing on its course.
Kaitlyn: She looked around the Starsail, observing the damages. One knight was bandaging another who got injured, the sail was partially torn, and a part of the rail was blown off.
Viktor: "It's not good. We won't make it there." He approached Kaitlyn, assessing the situation.
Kaitlyn: "If only we had a way to get there quickly.." She began to think, trying to remember something, when it hit her. She held the necklace with the golden gemstone that the Archangel gave her days ago. "Please..help us Archangel.." Suddenly the gemstone burst out of the necklace which then disintegrated on itself. The gemstone suddenly exploded, covering the whole ship in golden energy. Suddenly, the starsail began to rapidly get pulled towards the center of the Tempest Eye at incomprehensible speeds. Minutes went bye as the whole starsail shook at lighting speed, then it slowed down. They reached the center. Kaitlyn and the others looked at it, a sight that would make gods bleed. "Oh..my..god.." All of them, including the knights, ran up to the front of the starsail, looking at the center. It was a massive black hole, entire timelines could be seen being pulled into it. Comparing a galaxy to it was like comparing a grain of sand to the sun. The accretion disk was shades of blue and purple, and galaxies and stars could be seen orbiting it. The timelines themselves that were pulled in were the size of a universe themselves, but even they were dwarfed by the black hole. The void began to speak to Kaitlyn. She heard words coming from it, as if it were sentient. It had a name: Anorrjak. Anorrjak wasn't a black hole itself, but a maw of absolute void, where even concepts and nothingness itself are consumed by it. It is not nothing; it is less than nothing. "I can feel it, calling me."
Viktor: "Do not listen to it, Kaitlyn! It could be dangerous!"
Vhal: As his cruiser headed back to its colony, a massive surge of black energy struck the ship, blowing its front off. As the bodies and dust cleared, a being came into view. A being of darkness and decay; the Void Queen. "Who the hell are you?!" His men began to open fire on her, but to no avail.
Void Queen: She waved her hand, and all of the men beside Vhal turned to dust. "I am the goddess of the void, the queen of the abyss. I am looking for someone."
Vhal: "Pity, so am I.!"
Void Queen: "I am looking for the Primordial Star; Kaitlyn Morgan."
Vhal: "What a coincidence! She just cut my biggest ship in half and left! I was also looking for her!"
Void Queen: "Then perhaps we can help each other." She began to approach Vhal Horyn.
Vhal: "How so..?"
Void Queen: "I spent a quintillion years tracking her down, and hating her. You want her for whatever reason. Perhaps, we can work together.."
Vhal: "What's in it for me..?"
Void Queen: "You can get what you want from her, then I will take her for the punishment she deserves."
Vhal: "Slight problem. The backbone of my army is destroyed. I don't have a force capable of taking her down."
Void Queen: "Allow me.." She waved her hand once more. Suddenly, all of Vhal Horyn's once dead men suddenly reanimated. The destroyed parts of their body were replaced with black voids with no color. Massive ships that could dwarf the Oblivion were created, with their own armies coming with them. "Now we have an army."
Vhal: "Very well then, partner." She reached out his hand, aiming for a handshake. He waited for a few seconds but got no response. "It's called a handshake.."
Void Queen: "I know what it is. I just prefer not to touch everybody I see."
Vhal: "Fair." He turned back to his soldiers and men, both alive and dead. "Alright guys lets get going!" The soldiers began to load into the void dreadnoughts, as they took off for the center of the Tempest Eye; Anorrjak.
