Chapter 91: Reze, Activate! (Bonus Chapter)
The Third Form Susanoo stood tall before the Typhoon Devil, its colossal Sword of Fury creating a scene of absolute visual awe.
"This way, it can't pass," Chiya said calmly.
"You actually possess this kind of devil power..." Shingetsu murmured, his eyes shimmering with shock. Chiya's displayed strength had once again completely rewritten his understanding of him.
Originally, he thought his spatial distortion ability was simply a direct counter to his own skills. Now he realized it wasn't just about countering her; when it came to handling large-scale crises, Chiya's abilities were far more comprehensive than his.
The Typhoon Devil was equally stunned by the light-blue giant appearing before it. Since arriving on Earth and consuming a fragment of the Gun Devil's flesh, it had rarely encountered a devil larger than itself.
"What kind of devil are you? Why are you blocking me?" it shrieked. It instinctively assumed the giant was a powerful fellow devil, failing to notice the two tiny humans positioned within the giant's forehead.
Chiya didn't waste words. With a thought, he commanded the Susanoo to swing the Sword of Fury directly at the Typhoon Devil.
Even though the Typhoon Devil's winds were incredibly destructive, they couldn't stop a blade "enchanted" by the Susanoo's energy. To the giant sword, that destructive wind was as harmless as a light massage. Chiya could even take the enchantment further—with his Dual Kamui, he could apply spatial distortion to his weapons, much like Kakashi's "Kamui Shuriken."
However, there was no need for such an overkill enchantment against the Typhoon Devil. Not only would the damage output be excessive, but the drain of enchanting a weapon with Kamui was unimaginable. He wasn't sure if he could withstand that cost yet, so he refrained from trying it unless absolutely necessary.
The oversized Sword of Fury easily sliced through the hurricane "barrier" composed of countless intestines, the blade striking the Typhoon Devil's central head directly.
"AAAAHH!! What on earth are you?! We are the same kind, why are you killing me!!!" the Typhoon Devil let out a piercing scream. Having swallowed the Gun Devil's flesh, it wouldn't die so easily even with its head mangled.
Its winds were supposed to be its most troublesome asset—destructive enough to keep anyone at bay while it leveled residential areas. Instead, it had been swatted aside by a casual swing from Chiya's Susanoo. This was the power of a god!
Without Chiya, Shingetsu's Absolute Defense wouldn't have been broken, but she couldn't have stopped the devil's advance either. In a scenario of massive casualties, the Soviet military likely would have been forced to deploy Reze. As the Bomb Hybrid, her explosive power was at the MAX level; she could have easily blown the Typhoon Devil into a pile of rotting guts.
Chiya continued to ignore the devil's cries. Since one swing didn't kill it, he would simply swing again!
This time, the blade unleashed a gold-and-red sword wave nearly a hundred meters in diameter!
The wave was coated in the pale blue energy of the Susanoo, radiating an aura of total destruction. The Typhoon Devil could only watch in despair as the terrifying wave, seemingly capable of swallowing heaven and earth, closed in. Until the moment of its death, it never realized that this giant was actually being summoned by a human boy.

The Typhoon Devil was blasted into a mess of shredded intestines, and a rain of blood soaked the earth.
"Subjugation complete."
As the words left his lips, Chiya immediately deactivated the Susanoo.
...but he forgot that he and Shingetsu were still in mid-air. As a result, he and Shingetsu began a free fall from a height of several dozen meters.

Shingetsu's face remained stoic, showing not a trace of his fright, and he kept silent as if nothing had happened. His prideful nature made it impossible for her to let Chiya know he had lost her composure; to him, that would be incredibly humiliating.
Seeing Shingetsu's expressionless face, Chiya didn't dwell on it. He gripped his hand slightly tighter and used his Mangekyo Sharingan to calculate their landing time. Calmly activating his Intangibility, he brought Shingetsu safely and smoothly to the ground.
Shingetsu likely assumed this was part of Chiya's devil powers and didn't seem surprised. Upon landing, he immediately let go of his hand and turned away. "We should head back."
In reality, he was struggling to maintain his poker face. When Chiya had squeezed his hand just now, a ripple of emotion had stirred in her heart—it was likely a feeling of bashfulness. He refused to admit he could feel shy like a little girl; to him, it was a profound disgrace!
After Chiya retrieved the Gun Devil flesh fragment from the ground, he and Shingetsu took the specialized vehicle back to the Leningrad Military Department. As for the Typhoon Devil's remains, others would handle the cleanup.
However, as he sat in the car, a certain suspicion began to take root in his mind. Can a man's hand really feel like that? He wouldn't have known if they hadn't touched, but that one contact had been a shock. The texture was more striking than that of most women's hands!

You see, Chinese for he is 他(ta) similar as Chinese for she 她(ta)
But girl (女孩)-Nuhai is different from Boy(男生)
