At this moment, Rahu looked at Hongjun, who was filled with righteous indignation, appearing upright, desireless, and surrounded by boundless surging power, feeling incredibly furious in her heart.
This fellow truly deserves to die! She gritted her teeth, her eyes filled with rage.
But seeing these three united against a common enemy, their Auras seemingly linked, she felt a little cowardly.
She Cultivated the Way of Destruction, but she wasn't an idiot. One-on-one, she was absolutely fearless, but three against one required consideration.
Moreover, having escaped from That One Beast Emperor, she had also suffered serious injuries.
Hongjun's crystal divine kingdom was in Chaos, with many worlds falling into disorder, but That One was ruthless enough to directly sever the majority of the world mass within his body.
Then, he continuously evolved and established worlds; recovery was only a matter of time.
She was different; what was damaged was the foundation of her own Dao. If she fought these three again while her power was impaired, she might truly be suppressed.
"World Sacred Being, you are excellent. Just don't let me find an opportunity, or else, one day, you will fall into my hands."
Rahu was furious in her heart, but after assessing her own condition, she could only throw out this one sentence and leave angrily.
Due to her anger, the whiteness on her chest was constantly shaking.
Hongjun, however, had a calm expression, standing together with Yang Mei and the others.
But his peripheral vision glanced over.
Only after Rahu left did Hongjun's tense nerves relax. He looked at Yang Mei and Shichen and said:
"Gentlemen, thank you for your help this time. Although Rahu was forced back by us, we still face a crucial issue.
The Beast Emperor was formed by the Qi Destiny of the Chaos and the residual resentment of the Chaos.
He is absolutely a mortal enemy to us Innate Sacred Beings. How to defeat him is likely what we must do in the future."
At this moment, Yang Mei and Shichen also frowned deeply, thinking of the terror of That One Beast Emperor, their faces equally filled with apprehension.
If the Beast Emperor hadn't been momentarily careless and disrupted by the self-detonation of Shichen's Incarnation, they might not have been his match.
They might even have been swallowed up combined.
After pondering for a moment, Yang Mei spoke to Hongjun:
"The World Sacred Being is right, this is indeed a problem. The Beast Emperor's power is filled with an Aura of disorder; the power of any single Innate Sacred Being among us is almost unable to contend with him.
Therefore, after this, I plan to invite the various Innate Sacred Beings to join forces and confront That One Beast Emperor together.
Last time against Rahu, some Innate Sacred Beings did not take action.
But this time, the Beast Emperor affects our safety, and the remaining Innate Sacred Beings have no reason left not to intervene."
Taking advantage of the moment, Hongjun, also looking righteous, said to Yang Mei and Shichen:
"Fellow Daoist is correct, the Beast Emperor's strength is indeed too great. None of us can gain any advantage alone.
However, the other Innate Sacred Beings may not exert their full strength when they act.
At that time, those of us with the greatest strength will still have to charge ahead.
In this situation, we must quickly improve ourselves, and discussing the Dao is the best method. Gentlemen, why don't we discuss the Dao together?"
Yang Mei and Shichen looked towards Hongjun, a hint of strangeness in their eyes, their hearts full of suspicion. Did this fellow want to freeload?
That won't do. Their cultivation and insights were built up little by little, and good methods were slowly discovered. How could they allow freeloading?
Furthermore, the Great Dao involves their very foundation; how could they easily expound upon their own Great Dao?
But the next second, their faces showed shock, as Hongjun continued speaking.
"Since this was my suggestion, I should speak first, also preventing the two Fellow Daoists from thinking I harbor intentions of freeloading."
Saying this, he did not hesitate and began lecturing on his insights regarding the Dao of the World.
Moreover, what he spoke of was pure essence, without a shred of falsehood. After listening, Yang Mei and Shichen initially felt nothing special, but as he continued, their expressions changed, and they were simultaneously filled with shame.
Did this fellow just empty his entire treasury? This exposition of the Dao of the World was almost completely unrestrained.
They had previously thought this Fellow Daoist wanted to freeload their insights into the Great Dao, but they didn't expect him to be genuine. He actually revealed such essential parts of the Great Dao entirely.
These insights and methods were significantly beneficial to them.
They had been shortsighted and underestimated this Fellow Daoist. This Fellow Daoist was truly magnificent.
Hongjun began lecturing on the Great Dao concerning the crystal divine kingdom and the creation of worlds. Even though he only spoke of the essence, the content was considerable, and it took him several thousand years to expound upon the essential parts.
After the final part of the Dao of the World was finished, Hongjun let out a long breath, looked at Yang Mei and Shichen, and spoke sincerely:
"Fellow Daoists, I have finished lecturing on my Great Dao. Now, it is your turn."
At this moment, Yang Mei and Shichen exchanged glances, finally staring intently at Hongjun. This fellow actually lectured, and everything he spoke of was important.
It was truly the essence of the essence. They had thought this Fellow Daoist would try to fool them with some basic, simple concepts.
Who knew this Fellow Daoist was truly discussing the Dao, completely revealing the Way of Establishing Worlds.
Although they did not Cultivate this particular Great Dao, as Innate Sacred Beings, they possessed basic judgment.
The Dao lectured by this individual was definitely of the deepest level, and nothing was concealed.
Next, Yang Mei and Shichen found themselves in a difficult position.
Since it was a discussion of the Dao, it would be inappropriate if they didn't expound upon their own Great Dao.
But if they did expound, it would cause trouble. Revealing too much essence, which touches upon their fundamental core, was absolutely unacceptable, or else if someone found their weakness, they would be finished.
Saying nothing essential was even worse. The other party had already revealed the essence of his Great Dao; it would be improper to try to fool him with basic knowledge.
For a time, they were caught in a dilemma.
Freeloading was even more impossible; they, as Innate Sacred Beings, all cared about their reputation.
After a long while, Yang Mei slowly spoke:
"Forget it. Fellow Daoist Shijie has already lectured on the Dao, and everything he spoke of was essence. Then, I shall begin next.
Fellow Daoist Shichen, would it be alright if you speak after I finish?"
Yang Mei's gaze turned to Shichen, forcing Shichen to make a decision.
Are you kidding? The Great Dao is important to every Innate Sacred Being. If he lectured and Shichen didn't, wouldn't he suffer a loss?
If he were to clash with this person sometime in the future, he might be directly countered without any power to resist.
At this, Shichen did not remain silent but laughed and scolded:
"Yang Mei, what do you take me for? If you speak, I will also speak. How could I possibly freeload off you?
I swear upon the river of time: if anything I say is false, may I be rejected by the river of time."
Immediately, Shichen established a Dao Vow.
