Rem and Roy sat together Infront of Roy's house, they were staring at the vast training fields Infront of them. Rem said to Roy "It's kind of peaceful here, you're lucky you live in a place like this.", Roy smirked "You thinks so? Thanks, although it is nice living here.". Rem asked "You went for the war, didn't you? How was it?", Roy looked at her "Ha? How the hell do you sit down and ask someone how a war went?". Rem sighed "I'm sorry, okay? I just don't know what to say.", Roy sighed again "Ha, whatever.", he kept quiet before answering Rem's original question "The war was a mess. At first we were just destroying everything that got in the way, but things got hard at some point. As if killing knights wasn't enough, Fred and I had to avoid countless beams fired at us from cannons. And if that wasn't crazy, Drive Knights pulled up and almost killed us.", Rem looked at Roy's bandaged arms "Looks like you had your arms roughed up.". Roy looked at his arms "Yeah, i built up so much heat to the point my arms were almost melting.", Rem was a little taken back by this "I don't think that's something you should talk about so freely.". Roy continued to talk "One of my sister's friends died in the war. For the past few days, she's been locked up In her room. She only got out today to spread the news to the students of her friend.", Rem thought to herself "Her friend must have been a team leader. I actually can't bere hearing a news about something happening to Reggie sensei, I'll be broken.". Roy then called to her "Rem?", Rem replied "Hm? What's the matter?". Roy asked "How do you see things? I mean, going on missions and stuff.", Rem thought for a while "Hm? I think it's normal. I mean, that's the life we were born into, right? From childhood, everyone has been trained on how to use their abilities and how to kill whoever we see as an enemy. I don't really have an ideal or how i see things, I just do what I'm told and fight when I have too.". Roy kept quiet before answering "I see.", he sighed "Well, it doesn't matter. I'm just glad I survived that stupid war, the depressing part about it is that we're still going to have another war with the Knight Country. What a pain.", Rem just laughed. Roy blinked, he was confused "Why are you laughing?", he asked, Rem replied "I've never seen you so annoyed before, that's why I'm laughing.". Roy felt bumbed out "So you're making fun of me. Fair game.", he looked sad "I wonder if Monoma, Kairo and Zeraph are still alive.", Rem looked at him "You mean the Star twins? Who knows? You should probably check up on them since you're friends with them.". Roy yawned "AHHH!", and placed his head on Rem's laps "Yeah, I'll check up on them later.", Rem smiled weirdly "You know, you're awfully comfortable with me nowadays.". Volt was walking through the peaceful streets, he muttered "Once again, another day to be alive. It's so peaceful to the point I can almost forget that I nearly died a few days ago.", he looked at his phone "Not to mention Ralfold's death.". Volt paused for a moment before saying to himself "Celina. I have to see how she's doing.". Two hours go bye, Celina hears a knock on her door "I'm coming. Who is it?", she asked, Volt replied "It's me, Volt.". Celina on hearing Volt was shooked, she opened the door just to see Volt standing at the end of the door "Hey, Celina.". Celina paused for a moment "Volt?", she jumed on him with a big hug "VOLT! IT'S YOU! REALLY! AAHHHH!". Volt laughed dryly "Okay, okay. You don't have to be so excited. Let's go inside.". Later, Volt and Celina sat together in the bedroom, Volt noticed Celina had a few bandages wrapped around her fingers and her palm "Your arm, is it okay?", Celina looked at her palm "Oh, this? It's fine. I injured my arm on trying to save Velderon. He overused his lava ability to the point his stomach was burning, I had to heal him countless times without stopping. I burned myself in the process.", Volt scratched his head "I see.". Celina asked "How's Regina and the rest of your friends?", Volt replied "She and the rest are doing fine. Although we're kind of tired since we got attacked during our patrol mission, but it's all good.". Celina smiled "I see, that's good to hear. I'm really happy nothing bad happened to you.", both of them were silent. Celina then asked "Volt? What would you have done if you realised I had died? You know, in the war.", Volt kept quiet for a bit before answering "I would have been sad about you dying. I mean, you are someone important to me, so understanding you're dead would make me sad. Too sad. Especially when I take into account we're dating.". Celina smiled softly "Yeah.", she turned to Volt "Hey, Volt. You don't have anyone else in mind other than me, do you?", Volt took his time to think "Hmmm. Not really.", Celina was drawn back a bit "Did you really just take your time to think about that?". Volt replied with a nervous smile "Sorry, I just had to make sure.", Celina smiled at him "Good, because you're the only guy I'm thinking about.". Reggie and Laria were standing infront of a grave with Andre's name written on it, Laria sighed "Haa! What a shame. He was an arrogant dick head who only thought of himself, but he was still our teammate and friend.", Reggie sighed with sadness "Yeah, I known. It's too bad he's gone.". Andre was behind them the entire time "Hey, I'm still alive and kicking, you know.", Laria turned to him with frustration "The one time we decided to show you some compassion, you just blew it up!", Reggie smiled nervously and added "Sorry buddy.".
