Yesterday, April 9, 2325, there was a terrorist attack on our country's most prestigious hero high school, UA. Fortunately, with the presence of the heroes, Eraserhead and All Might, the villains' plans were thwarted and no casualties were reported among the students or the staff. An official statement by the school principal regarding the incident can be found here.
As of now, 428 villains were confirmed to be involved in the incident, led by the suspected mastermind, Shigaraki Tomura (appearance here). All of them have been apprehended, and are now being charged with terrorism, attempted murder, assault, illegal use of Quirks for criminal activity, trespassing in government facility, and destruction of property.
Currently, Shigaraki Tomura is still in a coma. Investigation regarding the group's motives as well as their origin has come to standstill until he awakens. In the meantime, the police are determining whether the villains have any accomplices besides the ones that invaded the school.

@TheRock @Gekko The students are fine. They were able to evacuate the premises on time.
@Multidigit @Kati apologies for the oversight, the photo has already been taken down. As for the hands, unfortunately, they are in fact, real. For now, the police are still searching the matching DNA in the database for the identity of the hand's owners.

Goat or not, All Might can't be everywhere at the same time. Or any hero for that matter. Look! The villain just swaggered to the ongoing van, rescued Shigaraki, and then crushed all the convoys without any heroes being present to stop him. And by the time they arrived, he's already gone.
I think it's finally time we allow Quirk usage and training for all. If we did, the police wouldn't have been so defenceless, nor any future victims of villain attacks.
