After observation, the doctor enters the ICU. After conducting some checkups and reviewing the scans, Dr. Thomas reveals the truth to Kayla and Oliver.
Leah's survival is not possible, but she can be kept alive for six months.
The doctor checking the reports of Leah starts to say,

Leah walks toward Kayla, bends down, and kisses her forehead one last time.She smiles.

Leah is thrilled.
"Can you see ghosts too, sir?"
Leo gets frustrated.
"Are you mad?
You're in my bedroom asking nonsense.
Who are you? My new staff or admirer?"
Leah asks, "Sir, one final question… are you sure you can see and hear me?"
Leo replies angrily, "I'm human and alive, just like you. Of course I can see and hear you!"
Leah jumps with happiness. "HURRAY!"
Leo snaps,"Stop shouting! My parents will think I have a girlfriend in my room.
Now tell me—who are you?"
Leo turns to pick up dumbbells and slips on a wet towel. Leah snaps her fingers. The bean bag instantly appears under Leo, saving him.
Leo is shocked.
